This brunch Look very nice but poor customer service I went there on March 15, even the Persian lady who speaks farsi she is advisor and with no knowledge at all, she could not help me with ,how to file in ( TD Canada Trust, the Trustee Attention Form ), she asked me if I received this letter before , I told her I remember I had it before too, right away she told me then go you do it by yourself, and was watching me to do not go to other advisors, for asking how to file in,I was not happy at allWhen I went to another bruch at North RoadThe Teller helped me easily and just a little asked from advisor and in 5 minutes done.

I opened a new debit card at this bank yesterday, and I don’t know who set my PIN. My original PIN was completely wrong. I said I was worried about the security of the card, and then the staff said, I also I have no choice but to deal with it only if my money from your card is really lost. It’s so funny.

We have to go to the branch to find out what interests we paid in 2023. Called many times, were told the officer will call back by the end of the day, but they never did. Totally disappointed their services.

Never felt so uncomfortable going to the bank. Went to this branch twice asking for a bank draft and was greeted by the same most unprofessional teller I have ever met since being a TD customer for so long. I needed the bank draft to pay my school tuition both times, and she was asking me some personal questions about why the amount was so low and why I paid my tuition late with an alarming attitude on her tone and face. I don't think minding other people’s business unless it is regarding some needed bank information is part of the job of being a teller. It’s so unfortunate cause this location is so close to my house, but I won't return to this location again.

I went there yesterday to get a bank draft. I was clearly all over the place to get this last minute back draft and I can’t remember the name of the lady that helped me but she has been so patient and nice. She helped me in a professional manner and was very patient while I was struggling with my phone to transfer money.I was skeptical when I looked at the reviews before going to this branch, but I got treated with respect and professionalism ?

The branch looks nice but horrible customer service, staffs are poorly trained. I have never seen such bad teller at any td branches. Even the MCS is rude. No greeting whatsoever. They tried to turn me away and asked me to call easy line to make the changes.I would avoid going to this branch if you care about customer service. They need better training than this

TD Bank in has become very expensive and unhelpful. I'm starting to switch over to BMO and have found them to be much more helpful providing the services I need and they do it with fewer fees.This branch specifically is very poorly run. They don't have enough tellers or a receptionist. Many of the tellers are handcuffed because they need manager assistance or approval to perform many simple tasks.To make matters worse they allow people to enter the teller line with slow or complex issues. Today each teller was tied up with 15 minute + problems so I waited over 20 minutes to make a simple withdrawal. That simple withdrawal took more than 5 minutes because my teller does not have approval to perform withdrawals above some very low threshold. They also felt the need to confirm my identity via text message and quiz me about recent e-transfers. Just a very slow frustrating experience.

When I came to my appointment, no one greeted me and after waiting for 15+ minutes, I had to stop a random employee to ask for help. The person I had the appointment with was not qualified to handle my application (which I clearly specified in my appointment request) and I was reassigned to another person. The staff member handling my application did not meet any of the deadlines he himself has set and behaved unprofessionally: on one occasion I saw 5 missed calls from him in a row and no voicemail message: when I called him back, it was for a non-urgent question. He has been hard to reach, not responding to my emails or voicemails, and at one point calling me at 8:40 pm on a Friday night (?!). It’s been a month since I submitted application and I’m still waiting for an update. I’ve been banking with many different institutions, and this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a bank so far.

What a horrible setup! Not to sound like some old fogey complaining about how things used to be but you now can only access when headed westbound. Eastbound, sucks to be you! Then you pull into the underground parking and walk to the doors with the TD logo and colors in the parking garage; wait! Those are closed and no direction on how to get to the bank. So walk out the entrance of the parking garage and get to the cash machine… outside the bank and with no rain shield. Who designed this?

The waiting time is bad sometimes. Overall, a great experience is waiting for you. Ask them questions properly to get a proper response. Don’t blame them for your stupidity.

I went to this branch to pay a bill and asked for additional information, the teller was nice but they didn’t know the answer to my inquiry so they said they will ask the manager and the manager yelled from her desk and didn’t even bother to come closer to the counter and provide an explanation.

This branch is terrible. They made a huge mistake on my mortgage which was really costly a few years ago. I made an appointment today for consultation today. They kept me waiting 30 min while I had another appointment and had to leave with absolutely no results.
