The sales person seemed to hover me the whole time I shopped. It's a tiny store and the 3 times she told me to ask if I had any questions but she never got more than 2 feet away. It was just awkward and it cost them a sale. They do have the current watches.

Lorraine and Liza gave me great experiences in their store recently and I promised them this review, which is well deserved. Thank you for the awesome customer service. They were both friendly and welcoming, made me want to return for sure. I left the shop smiling and surprised because that doesn't happen often in service these days. Great job!

I bought a Swatch watch over 10 years ago and the metal wrist wrap broke. It was an engagement watch so I was worried about not being able to find parts.
I got the spare part from this store and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes which is amazing. The staff and manager were super friendly and Kevin was able to answer the many questions I have about watches. I will be coming here again for all my Swatch needs.
I think it is the only one around Burnaby too.

I have been always provided with an exceptional service from Jackie but this time I had the great pleasure of talking to Loraine. Really very enjoyable experience! These two ladies are real stars and whenever I am close to the store I always go there to say hello.

Small shop. Two employees working behind the cash register but no greeting. Disappointed to see only a handful of non-elastic wristband Swatches.
Wonder if they offer free wristband cleaning service?

Not happy with the customer service with Jackie. They didn’t tell us the watch strap was a final sale when we bought it. When we tried to return it, they said no. I don’t think this was fair to us.

I had a terrible experience at this store. They offer terrible customer service, displaying unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Specifically, Jackie was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
