I had a great experience here. The staff are very polite and helpful. The displays are well arranged and appealing. Metrotown has ample free parking so it was super easy to shop here.

My boyfriend bought me a necklace and it broke, the sales associates were nice enough to replace it but less than a year later so many of the crystals fell out ): pretty disappointed with the quality
