My shopping experience at Suzy Shier was absolutely fantastic. Sana, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and patient. She helped me with my purchase and gave me great advice on choosing the right clothes. I really appreciate her assistance, and I'm so grateful to Suzy Shier for having such wonderful employees!

Bad service today July 7th 2024 me and my mom we where at the store in Brentwood mall , when we walk in to the store, one of the ladies was just in her cell phone and the other lady did not even say Hi or anything. It was around 6:40pm and my mom she wanted to try a dress but the lady very rude said they close at 7 pm and she didn’t let my mom to try only one dress, it was only one dress plus that way she said it was humiliating, my mom love the clothes from that brand and she was disappointed about the way we were treated.

Katie, the manager at Suzy Shier in Brentwood Centre, was incredibly friendly and attentive during my recent visit. She went above and beyond to help me, and her customer service and accounting skills were outstanding. I will definitely be returning to Suzy Shier thanks to Katie's exceptional service!

I had the best experience buying clothes with the suzy shier at Brentwood. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money.The sales associate Ari was great, he was happy to answer all my questions. The service was courteous and efficient from the start. Ari was polite, helpful , not pushy and had a good eye for detail. I highly recommend this store and in particular, Ari as the one to help you choose your clothes. Thank you for doing such a great customer service<3

Poor customer service at the check in she requested a dollar for a bag this should be included in the cost of doing business.Advised your sales associate that I will use the same bag given to me at no charge with the clothing purchased at LUSH WEAR FASHION across from your store.

Placed an order that has taken more than 40days to be delivered at their store.Terms state 10 days. Still waiting.I contacted customer service only to get an auto-response that orders take 3-10 business days to be delivered.Meanwhile the order is 40days.#worst online experience, don't bother.
