I love this place, which might be a weird thing to say about a copy center, but it's true. The owner is always really helpful and friendly (and game to talk North Road Square history), the prices are super reasonable, and everything I've had printed is high-quality. An all-around good spot, and a good place to know about, considering how infrequently people seem to own printers these days.

Left a review at Fedex Authorized Center 😆 Leaving another review here and you can tell how impressed i am with this place. Owner is super friendly and professional! I felt like I went back to good ol days when most people were all kind and cool. We should protect local businesses like this by all means!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. When my friend and I went in to print some documents, the employee made a mistake with our prints but refused to acknowledge it was his fault. Instead, he charged us again for the reprint. I won’t be returning to this store, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service

Occasionally I visit to retrieve packages or print documents. The owner is always friendly and professional. I appreciate how quickly and efficiently we get through whatever it is I'm there for.
Once FedEx made the status of my package ambiguous and I showed up here to check. It wasn't there and he offered to check the tracking number on the computer to see if he could find any information. None could be found and he suggested I call FedEx to find out more information, he provided a tip to reach an agent faster too!
It's helpful that he went the extra mile even though FedEx information is limited to them.

I’ve only ever stopped in for FedEx package drop off, but the staff are always very friendly and attentive, and always let me know when the next pick up will be (if it’s after that day’s pickup).

I’ve been a customer here for nearly 2 decades. Everything from FedEx shipping, many business cards, promo material, label printing for my business and all with much creation and help on Peter’s part. He is very thorough, helpful & knowledgeable. I highly recommend the services of Sure Copy. Thanks to them for all the hard work over the years.

Received a door tag and came to this place to pick up my package.
The owner said there is no my package and ask me to leave his store with sarcasm and personal insults. Being told to "have a better life" and facing a staff member’s abrupt termination of the conversation with "I am leaving this conversation" is not only unprofessional but also deeply humiliating. This behavior was especially hurtful as it seemed to target me as a woman of minority ethnicity, adding a layer of discrimination to the already poor customer service.
To the owner: if you can read, the door tag says it's available to be picked up. I also confirmed this with Fedex customer service. Please consider closing this facility and pursuing a more constructive career path, rather than continuing as a discourteous manager who prioritizes profit over providing quality service in running a printing shop.

After calling many copy centers in Burnaby, I decided to drive the 25 minutes to deal with this copy center. He was the most helpful and inviting person I talked to. When I got there, he was just as helpful, very efficient and had a lower price than anyone else I called. He prioritized my work and was completed before I could finish a coffee down the street. Super professional, and made a job that was stressful to me into an enjoyable interaction. Highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.

After a four-week time discrepancy on price list and sizes, due to a mistake made by this individual resulting in significant damage to my business, when I went to collect my business cards, I encountered nothing but a dreadful experience. Instead of compensating for the damage, he merely said, 'I'm sorry' and wanted to give me the cards for free to prevent any protest, cards that didn't even have the value of trash. He took advantage of my patience.On another occasion when I went to get my other cards, he laughed disrespectfully, accused me of being a fraud, and mocked me in a sarcastic tone. He humiliated me by claiming I had no money to pay, while his card reader was broken. As I wanted to leave that toxic place as quickly as possible, I had to fix his POS machine myself and pay the amount.He didn't even appreciate the business I gave him. It was the worst experience ever, with brutal customer service and disastrous behavior. I strongly advise staying away from him.
