The store guy is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm using a Canon TR7020 cartridge. Working perfectly fine. Ink is as good as the original. It's cost effective as well.

Friendly, enthusiastic, & helpful service. Had my HP original inkjet cartridge refilled within the hour. Way cheaper than buying new. Good to support the little buz. Highly recommended.

I called ahead to see if this store, which I have dealt with in the past, had 3 units of a particular color of ink cartridge for my printer. Owner said he had two so I said I would come right down to buy them which I did, total cost $43 which I thought was high. As there was another ink cartridge store a little further down Broadway at 740 Broadway I decided to go there to see if they had the 3rd unit that I was looking for and they did. Total cost for one unit was $11 vs $43 for 2 units of the same thing at Save On Cartridge Plus. I called Save On when I got home to see if they made a mistake with their pricing. Answer was no, and that this item was hard to source??? I told him thank you but I won't be shopping there again.My advice, use the outlet at 740 East Broadway for your ink cartridge needs.

I am super happy with how Nick the owner treated me as a customer. My printer had printing issues. He told me to leave it with him for a few days and he will try to fix it. He said if he can fix it, he will only charge me $50.00 if there is no fix than no charge. I thought that was a bargain. A few days later I came to pick up the printer, and he couldn't fix the main problem. However, he configured with the settings, and on a higher quality printing setting the printer prints were perfect. So he did find a solution for my problem and still didn't charge me. That is rare in this day and age to find an honest business person who isn't out for just money, but making the customer happy. I told Nick who the owner is on Monday that I'll be buying him a latte because he was so honest and took the time to fix my printer free of charge. I will always recommend this business ?

Absolutely worst service ever. Cartridges that were filled didn't work. First he blamed me for not using my printer regularly. Its home use not business. Then he called me a lier because "he" forgot to put his business sticker on the cartridges. I showed him my bill of sale for service but still didn't believe me. I would really go through that much effort to screw you out of $32? So much for helping local business. SCREW YOU...ordering from Amazon.

I've been going to this place for 3 years now. The quickest turnaround time for Ink & Toner Refills, with great prices for both original and refill cartridges! Nick the owner is super friendly and provides a great service. I definitely recommend this place!
