Over the past 10 years I have ordered several different upholstered sofas, chairs and sectionals. One love seat we ordered was a light green with defender fabric. Even after 5 years the defender worked as we were able to get blood out of it with no signs of staining. Highly recommend it if you have kids or pets! The only reason I replaced any of them was when moving to a new apartment they didn’t suit the new layout.

We absolutely love our Stylus pull-out bed sofa. The fabric is really high quality and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Such an easy order process, quick and seamless delivery. Would recommend this couch to anyone.

I am beyond pleased with how my Stylus couch has lasted. My couch is 12 years old and has endured 2 kids, 2 cats and a dog.The covers wash up great, fabric has held up wonderfully and the foam still has life!

Bought a $6,000 Stylus sectional from city furniture 2-3 years ago. I work away more than half the time so in reality I’ve put a year of use into this thing at best. The feathers come out of every orifice, I get that it’s a natural product but my gosh did it ever deform. My sectional looks like the elephant man. City furniture reached out to Stylus and they are doing nothing about it. I’m just really disappointed in myself for paying this kinda money for a deformed sectional. I wanted to support a Canadian company and enjoy a home grown product but got totally screwed out of $6,000. I do not recommend this companies products. If you’re going to spend this kind of money go with a furniture company that has the size and capital to back their products.

I bought my sectional from them ~7 years ago, still the best couch I've ever had and looks almost brand new. I get compliments on it constantly and everyone and their brother always asks me where I got it from **always** no exaggeration. I don't think I'd ever buy elsewhere personally. I spent time at the location picking the fabrics, style, etc that I wanted and it showed up exactly as expected. I literally just had friends asking me where I got mine again so I looked them up and was shocked to see a eating any less than 4 stars, so I had to leave my experience. I can't speak for other reviewers claims to issues with the product but as for my own I'd never go elsewhere & the service was fantasticCan't find a pic with the couch head on but I'll try to remember to post one

DO NOT BUY FROM STYLUS!This is the first negative review I have ever left. In January 2021 we purchased a new Stylus sofa. Within one year, 3 of the bottom spring clips had snapped off. I have never heard of springs breaking on a couch, let alone a "Canadian made" couch. On February 7th 2021 we initiated the warranty process. Stylus states a 25 year warranty on their website. In the past 5 months we have been strung along with the promise of the couch being repaired by a non existent furniture technician who does not show up or answer calls. The worst furniture experience I have ever had!!

Stylus has been nothing but spectacular. Specifically Shana who has answered all of my questions anytime I call. I ordered by sofa through an amazing designer out in Penticton (Nadine at Haute House). With that in mind, Stylus would still take my calls and update me on production. I have nothing but great things to say about the company and specifically the staff I have dealt with. Given the pandemic, I'm sure their staff are always fielding calls about timelines, etc. It's nice to know they keep a positive spirit and it shows on the phone. I would recommend Stylus anytime.

BEWARE of this company!Photo shows seat on my sectional after 2 months that they say is normal. My back hurts sitting on it for any length of time. Received and the end part had a huge round stain on it and back pillows were wrong. They sent me new cushions and a fabric piece to repair stained piece . I got a quote for upholsterer and it was 600.00 which stylus said they will give me 250.00 towards upgrading my foam, which is 800.00The quality of foam was not what I ordered and they tried to put it on me.I can return it but at my cost to ship, which will probably be half of my refund.They sent me an email and banned me from any future purchases from them. LOL AS IF I would want to.Received mid December and into April it's still not totally resolved.Poor quality furniture and absolutely terrible customer service.Consider yourself warned.

Horrible experience with this company. Sofa looked great initially, promised exceptional quality, Canadian made….paid over $5000 for a custom sectional with defender fabric, which is supposed to withstand staining. After a few months with minimal use. This sofa is losing shape, material looks worn, fabric stains easily and looks like an ikea special. I’m so disappointed, what a waste of money. I will never shop at this company again and would never recommend them. Buyer beware of garbage quality.

Zero Stars. We ordered a custom made couch, was informed that the Defender fabric would be able to withstand a family of 5 and we were told not to 'stain guard' as it would be replaced if ruined. 5 months later, we are within the warranty they are not acknowledging our requests for cleaning/replacement. We are fighting with the dealer company and their contact at Stylus. Such a shame and a waste of money on what was supposed to be our new family couch.
