Products quality and pricing are comparable to Ikea but customer service is 1 star. We came in when there was only 1 other customer but non of the staffs even greeted us or asked if we need help.
When I asked for help carrying our table to the car, 4 staffs (no other customers) were just chatting and trying to ignore me. My husband ended up carrying himself
DO NOT COME HERE IF U NEED HELP WITH LOADING FURNITURE TO UR CAR.
This was my first and last purchase at this store

The gentlemen who works there during the weekdays was so helpful. He was informative and wasn’t pushy on the sale. He answered all my questions. I brought my family in on a weekend so they can help decide on the color of sofa. The girl working there rolled her eyes, had an attitude grabbing the swatch of colors even though all she had to do was turn around and grab them. She didn’t even need to walk 2 steps to show it to us. Then she was aggressive and telling me to order through her. I’m not sure if they’re on commission but I will definitely will not order through her. I went back to Structube on a weekday and ordered through the gentleman in case he does get the commission. I ended up ordering 2 sofas.

Beware. If I can give a zero stars I would. They have some very nice pieces there but surely not the best people working. I purchased 6 dining chairs from the Langley location. I visited the Metrotown location today to buy 2 more. And upon opening the door instead of being greeted like "Welcome". I was only greeted with attitude by Eric. Was he having a hard day or something? There wasn't any smile or anything on his face. I asked if he can put my chairs together and he told me no. His tune sounded rude to me he said that they don’t do assembly. But, the Langley location assembled 6 of the exact same chairs, this is customer service.
Structube Metrotown epically failed in customer service.

Trying to get a floor lamp from the shop today the sales lady told me the lamp is out of stock at metrotown location, unwillingly helped me to check other location while theres no other customers at the shop at all. Unfortunately no one pick up and told me to do it myself after and no idea when they will restock. Not sure what kind of customer service this place offer if I need to do everything myself. Such a waste of time..

We fell in love with a couch at this location.
We visited once before buying. Ruby helped us. She was very professional and friendly.
We visited few days later worried about the lower reviews on here. Brian was so patient
Answering all our questions with such care and understanding as we were really nervous.
We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our couch to get here but after 10 days we received it! We are so happy about our purchase and the way everything turned out.
Also the delivery was very smooth.
Thank you to the amazing staff Brian and Ruby.

Bought a coffee table yesterday and had to come back to pick it up the next day with a bigger vehicle. Somehow they did not have it in stock when I came back or she rang up the wrong table, wasted 1.5 hours of my time.

Went to this store to purchase a Suzanna 4 drawer cabinet in October 2023. I asked the salesperson what the drawer height was. They said it was 8". Based on those dimensions it worked for my intended purpose and I ordered it. I then went into the store and physically measured the drawer height, which is only 3". I then cancelled the order. A month later it was delivered to my home even though I had cancelled the order. I called and told them it was delivered and waited more than 1 month for them to pick it up and they did not. I then returned the item to the store with help. They gave me my money back less the $75 delivery fee plus taxes (total $84). I do not feel that I should have to pay for the delivery fee because:1) A salesperson gave me incorrect information about the product.2) I cancelled the order prior to delivery. It was delivered a full month later (November 2023).I think that most people would agree that I should not be responsible for paying the delivery fee for these reasons.I am leaving this review in hopes that the company will contact me and remedy this situation. I also hope that other people do not have a similar negative experience.

I purchased a set of chairs for my office for Burnaby store. People at the store ware all nice and welcoming. The environment inside and the way the store was deigned was so nice!They delivered everything in 2 days for free.I will recommend Structube to friends and family.Thank you
