I had an outstanding experience at the Steve Madden store in Metrotown, thanks to Gabe. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. I ended up leaving with five different pairs of shoes and even came back twice in the same day! Gabe's customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting this store for a great shopping experience. Thank you, Gabe!

I visited the store with my partner recently to get some work shoes. We visit Steve Madden quite often but this time the service was on a different level. Gabriel acknowledged us right away and assisted us with the right sizes. We were amazed by his professionalism and willingness to help us find the right pair of shoes.Kudos to Gabriel for his phenomenal communication skills??

If I could I would give 10 stars because of the customer service and kindness of the staffs.Not once but twice I ran to this store in the middle of my paper bags getting ripped.Both the times I wanted to pay for the bags but they always helped me with a big smile saying we don’t charge for bags.I don’t have any problem for paying bags.But the behaviour matters how happily they helped,without me purchasing anything from the store.I have shopped from this store earlier and I’ll do more because of the ethics this store has which I appreciate.Thanks Steve Madden team!

I returned the item within 7 days, than they gave store credit (no lifetime no limit)after 1 month I come back for purchase than the store members told me the system cannot go through so is invalid???? R u guys r scam????
