I returned the item within 7 days, than they gave store credit (no lifetime no limit)after 1 month I come back for purchase than the store members told me the system cannot go through so is invalid???? R u guys r scam????

This store is so much better than all the other steve maddens in BC! All the associates have such an amazing vibe.! There's this one girl Porva I suppose... (her name is harder than u think ?) she is the best! Such a positive and welcoming attitude! That girl made me by multiple pairs when I wasn't even looking for one.Definitely gonna look for her when I visit again.

Nice people and store but prices not what we could effort nor the type of elegant all leather shiny shoes available. With The leather soles and top the shoes breath better and healthier, i m an ex shoe repairs man, i know good shoes when i see it. The repair guys now want a minimum $50. to fix a pair of shoes and soles maybe another $80 to a $100. i don't see any shoes at that quantity of worth it to replace the heels nor souls. The shoe repairs guys paying very high rents and they can't justify to do for a cheaper cost and that is the mall owner should give a cheaper rents to service oriented shops like shoe repairs, tailors, and cell phone repair guys, but the humens greed is something we all need to deal with so the stores pay high rents and can't afford to sell at a decent price or a good quality shoes at decent prices.

I got a few pairs here and the girl helping me, Purva was very convincing and really sweet and helpful. She's amazing! Also, she was the only one who greeted me.The experience here was so much better han I had at Guildford.
