Super quiet store. I feel like the most busy area is the corner where they have the courier services (Puralator, FedEx and DHL). People are bringing stuff back to Amazon for return (Puralator). There are plenty of free parking in front of the store. The store is well kept and clean.

Today, my husband and I entered the store in order to purchase some labels and some little Ziploc bags. My husband then proceeded to use the washroom. I was able to find the labels I was looking for, but unable to find the bags, so I proceeded towards the front of the store to ask if anybody could help me. I was thing quickly, surrounded by a woman, and two men asked me if they could help me with their arms in front folded over their stomach. I told them what I was looking for, but then realized that we were being suspected as thieves. Far from the truth. You see I was dressed in an old ski jacket and jeans to keep me warm because I have major health issues. I am 80 yrs old and also don’t carry a purse because I have very visible Parkinson’s disease. So I don’t really look polished I guess .My husband approached me with his ponytail and his white beard and his jeans and a lumberjacket and I guess he didn’t look that polished either. You see he just had a four hour major cancer surgery at VGH a month ago, so not really feeling like dressing to the nines. I guess I was so embarrassed and realizing what they had done or were suspecting I chose to put the labels back, not purchase from them and leave the store. Now this must sound like a tale out of a book but believe me, I swear it’s the truth. I guess to enter their store you must dress in a certain attire to notebook and be judged by the way you look.

I tried to get some business cards done at their print center and they were unprofessional in how they dealt with my situation. I will never get print work done there again .

No issues with the store but watch out for the delivery drivers, they will hit you if you don’t get out of the way and it won’t matter if you had the right of way, unfortunately this specific driver had a rental vehicle but ultimately the store is responsible for its staff and contractors as well as business it operates with.Will change and update if addressed

I came here to print 4-5 family photos and art print and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Considering the amount of work and full services help and it only cost less than $15, I recommend anyone who needs quality printing in the area to swing by here. Be sure not to get there right before closing as they can get busy. ?

Useless staff.I called specifically to hold an item to be picked up the same day and they misplaced the item. I need this item urgently and the staff barely looked for it and made me travel 10km to another location. Don’t even bother coming to this location. Trash.

Selection was a bit limited and the staff were hard to find. They were nice and helpful once you are able to find one of them though.

Copy&Print department is the best you’ll get in lower mainland because Kunal literally will go above and beyond to help you out! I have a Staples near tricities but guess what? They turned me away while Kunal literally helped me step by step from Burnaby. Appreciate it big time.

They have stuff you will never find anywhere and best quality printer all sizes.I hope they have an application that I can online order print out documents,Because coming into the store sometimes you have to wait for the computer to get available PC.I would really appreciate if you Staples have online website or app that I can print from home and pick up litter at the store

Great service. I went in to find an item their website said they had but wasn't on the shelf. The item I was looking for ended up being in the back so it never hurts to ask if you can't find what you're looking for! Both people I talked to were very friendly and helpful.
