Ski department in this store declined to sell me the ski boots I wanted. Told me to go online to make a purchase. Ended up going to a locally owned small business to get what I wanted.

I received a $50 off $200 on reg price reward for October, but when I checked out in-store, I was informed that there were exclusive brands to the reward that weren't clearly stated anywhere. I checked the rewards page and found no mention of these exclusives. The exclusives only show on the bottom of homepage at the promotion information .This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It feels misleading to advertise a reward without clearly explaining the terms and conditions. This was my first experience with this, This is absolutely unacceptable! Wasting of my time and parking fee to the store. I'm extremely disappointed!

Really frustrated with the poor customer service in the ski section today sept29/24. Guy just walked off and never came back to help. Asked other staff but they seemed indifferent. If you look at the other reviews, it appears poor customer service is a trend at this store. It’s too bad, cause the store actually has a good choice of equipment.

Very large store with great selection of sports items and newly introduced folding section within the store. Located at Brentwood right across McDonald’s and has ample parking all around. Got a pair of shorts last summer and just got a golf kit from here. Very pleased with the our purchase

Been a costumer for years in here. Spent thousands of money in their Patagonia selections and hiking shoes. Now they seem to be really ungrateful since I carried a small tote bag into the store and got asked to put in the front rudely. How ridiculous and pathetic this place is now lol.?

I bought a defective camping chair from Sporting-Life and tried to exchange it, but they had no stock. The cashier offered a refund and suggested ordering online, which would incur extra shipping charges. When I mentioned this, the cashier was indifferent and unhelpful. The money wasn't the main issue, but the poor customer service was disappointing.

I went into the store to get a pack of 4 tennis balls. However, they did not have and when I asked them to honour the 4 pack tennis ball price I was told that’s not doable. The cashier also informed me it says on the system it says they have 13 4 packs in stock. Absolutely ridiculous service provided.
