I asked one of staff if they carry sticky socks for barre pilates. He said he doesn't know and he asked other staff but they said they don't have them. If Sports Chek doesn't sell them, who does? ?

Great employees, NOT ENOUGH STAFF at the shoe section.SportChek, please hire more employees and always have multiple people on the floor to help us out. There's about 20 people waiting to get help and about 2 employees helping out. This is the second time I come in 2 weeks to buy a pair of Hoka shoes. The service is non existent as it takes 15 minutes to get someone to check on my shoes at the back.This makes me not want to come back here and go to Sporting Life where there's always people eager to help. Maybe it's worth the drive up to Brentwood.I've been going to SportChek since 2009 when I lived in Calgary as a kid. This is disappointing.

The staff has a bad attitude towards handling things. My daughter‘s foot was accidentally hurt by a dumbbell， we went to the cashier and asked for help if they had any ice packs, fortunately, they had the first aid kit, but they didn't even know how to use the cold pad. A young Asian lady was so kind to help us, the other two staff Indian lady and Philippine woman ignored us because they were chatting with each other at that time.

I waited around for at least 10 minutes to ask for a shoe in my size only to be told they didn't have it. Had to find another pair and wait another 10 minutes for someone to help me. Cashiers were not trained to accept my discount coupon and was more interested in talking with their friends than helping us out. All the staff neither seemed to care about customer service or was not trained at their station. Very unprofessional. Some serious training needs to be done by management

The elderly male employee at the service shop is extremely rude. While he responds to other white males, I, an Asian woman, was ignored even though I stood there for a while. He didn't even respond when I said hello. Is it difficult for him to suggest going elsewhere since he's busy and can't help right now? I feel very uncomfortable as it seems like I experienced racial discrimination.On the other hand, the other employees are generally nice.

I love the shoes that i bought but the girl who assisted me was so rude and very disrespectul and she was being racist , sarcastic and i feel she is basically illiterate who donot know how to talk to people beyond having any degree from any college.Thanks.

Customer service is non-existent. I stood and waited for staff to come to me; however, they were standing around chatting and nobody was helping people. Once I approached them, it seemed they were still uninterested and got one pair of the shoes I asked for. No suggestions were made. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the person who checked me out was super pleasant. Although there were not enough people there and the line was a long wait. I tried a couple of other sport checks in the area and received the same service so decided I might as well do my own research and find my own shoes.

I got excellent service when i went to buy snow boots! As a transgender man it was a treat to be treated with respect by the very helpful staff. They went above and beyond to aid in my purchase and i really appreciate it

I brought a pair of shoes from metropolis mall.. the clerk syed haider was very helpfull in terms of providing the specific information about the shoes even though i took his alot of time but he didnt mind at all was very kind all the time... Excellent customer service ....
