I mean I went there to buy a fairly small bag of rocks. Even though it was such a tiny $10 purchase the staff were helpful, thoughtful, and nice to deal with. It felt like they were happy to be there and happy to help! Good experience. I'll go back for future needs for sure.

Both people on the phone were great. I ordered their garden soil mix and was a little worried since it looked like the manure in it wasn't completely broken down. However, my garden just took off this year. Everything is monsterous in size and growing crazing and I'm really happy with the service and purchase

I bought 6 fruit trees, 2 vines, and a osmanthus. The same day of purchase, I found one branch of osmanathus has different color (lighter than other). I did not take it serious, and later the plant started to dry from that branch. When trees start to open their leaves I found out one of them is dead and 2 of them have lots of dead branches. Not recommended for plants but they have good mulch, compose, etc. The lady in the garden is not honest person. But other staffs are polite.

It's hit and miss, the main woman is great there and counter staff are friendly. Loading is often tediously slow. The main fellow is extremely grumpy and the delivery drivers are often a little dim, they do not follow instructions and ask multiple times for clarification on simple instructions such as dump on the road. I've seen bone head maneuvers such as dumping on the lawn, clipping wires with the dumpbox, the worst was oversupply of 2 extra yards of large river rock. None of which responsibility was taken. I use the bulk delivery or materials for convenience of location or I'd go to ground works.

Very helpful and professional staff. Amrit took the time to show me the bulk soils and gave good recommendations on what to use for raised beds and planter boxes. The delivery also went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend Southwest Garden Supplies to others.

We received a generous soil donation from SWGS this past spring. The veggie mix smelled great, had a deep rich colour and looked uniform and clean. Our plants grew well and the soil retained moisture with a bit of help from a top mulch of straw. The customer service was exceptional and the delivery was prompt. Our students loved the experience of the delivery too.

Southwest Garden Supplies has been an integral partner in our community school garden. Our school put out a call for donations to plant a garden and build garden boxes on the school grounds. Southwest Garden was the first to reply and gave us a huge donation that enabled us to create a beautiful garden for all the students to enjoy! We are very indebted to them for their generosity! We buy all our supplies from them as they have the best quality tools and soils as well as a huge variety of plants, shrubs and trees. They are incredibly helpful and patient with all our needs. We will always get all our garden supplies from Southwest Garden Supplies.
