I can’t explain how amazing the team at Son Trail Tire in Burnaby is! I spoke with Darwyn a few years ago when I needed to get my tires replaced - he worked with me (patiently - I’m definitely not a car girl) and explained all my options in detail and helped provide me with the best advice for my needs and my car. A little while ago - I was dealing with what I thought was a flat tire and I went to another tire shop and they advised me right away that I’d need to get the tire replaced. I decided to come back Darwyn for his opinion and support to buy a new tire and instead he recommended that they thoroughly look at the tire and see what they could do to fix it. Within 15 minutes - they fixed the tire and saved me a couple hundred dollars and a lot of time. I am so appreciative of the team and especially Darwyn for always being so kind and patient with me! I highly recommend everyone come here for all their tire needs - I can promise you they will treat you like family!

These guys are awesome! I picked up a screw somewhere along the way from Oregon, wasn’t going to make the 500-mile trek home on the doughnut. They took care of me right away, even put my tire back on and tucked away the spare! 5 Stars, bravo!

I want to thank Kent so much for finding a rim for our Nissan Sentra. I couldn't find one anywhere in short notice. Their customer service is exceptional. He grabbed the tires from my trunk, made sure everything was ok. His team balanced it while I waited. That didn't take any time at all. And they also made sure to put it back in my trunk when they were done. I also want to shout out to Darwyn; he offered a fresh cup of coffee while I waited. First impressions are everything. I wanted to make sure I wrote a review to spread the word about this business. They deserve it.

I recommend this place. Grant was helpful and friendly. I got a flat fixed in under 30 minutes that another shop told me was unfixable and that I needed to buy new tires. My tires are only 1 years old. Great service and reasonable price

Great shop! I was worried about my wheel condition and brought my car there. It was not needed any replaced/ repair, but the staff was very friendly and kind. Definitely I will come back here if my car has issues in the future!
