Awful customer service, they don’t let you take a picture of the shoes, they tell you that it’s not allowed. Why exactly???? Because you are selling high copy Nike shoes and don’t want to get catched????

This place has the worst return policy. They only offer store credit, which is fine except you can’t use the store credit to buy Jordan’s or new releases. Also make sure to inspect the shoes before purchase, I was sold a pair of Jordan’s with a scratch on the toe box. They don’t carry too many sizes so chances are high the shoes have been tried on in store. Avoid ordering online.

shop online or elsewhere. You are taking the chance at spending more to try something on and walk out with it before it's sold out online. I keep seeing 1 star reviews for ppl that buy a different but similar item at a lower price. Like dam, then do your research or try it in store and buy online... ain't their fault you're bad at managing money. Welcome to clothing shopping that's not the gap and Walmart. I've spent a premium price for certain pieces here for sure but they were sold out or hot items online. This guaranteed I get the items I want which is what matters. If you're just a " I'm browsing" shopper, you're shopping at the wrong place unless you got cash to spend. Giving a place 1 star for not immediately responding to their resume, god dam, ppl really be that petty. Thank God he don't work here. Half the low reviews leave me dumbfounded.

On Thursday, Feb 15 2024, I witnessed Sneakerbox / J2 Clothing (same owner) backdoor Gradeschool Pairs of the new Air Jordan 4 BRED Reimagined to a consignment shop (Out This World / OTW) at Metrotown (a few days before they officially released). I was in the OTW location at Metrotown Burnaby, biggest mall in BC, shopping at the time of the transaction and breach of Nike Contract.I will be contacting the higher ups at Nike and Jordan Brand. Company should lose their license.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place is awful. If I could give a lower star I would. Went in for a pair of Jordan's and was told that I have to purchase another item in the store to purchase the Jordans…I have never heard of anything like that before. Once I had picked out another item, I came to pay and noticed that they hadn’t charged me for the shoes. When I informed them, they said “oh you still want them?”…… like obviously, you just told me I had to purchase something else in order to purchase the shoes I ORIGINALLY wanted. Super rude and unhelpful staff.

Dont get fooled by buying online shoes coz its next to impossible to return or refund they have policy that we can return the product but can only give you gift card!!! What a scam ! And you cannot even go to J2 to return the store manager will tell you that they are separate business with sneakerbox etc making all kinda of excuses !

My friend just bought an AF1 shoes and he came all the way from Nanaimo to change it for the damage after wearing it two three times, but the store neither change it for at least the less value it has nor get a new one by paying extra money.Their return/exchange policy doesn't even make sense to us saying you can exchange or return it after 14 days without wearing and washing it. How you would you buy shoes and willing to exchange or return it without wearing it?!Shoes are meant to be worn, right?!

Had to check out this destination spot in person. Full range of top tier streetwear and sneaker drops all presented in a nice tight space. Ended up picking up a pair of Jordan's and a piece of their Sneakerbox merch. The staff although really busy were super friendly, attentive and patient. Will be back for sure.

I tried to buy a pair of shoes here (New Balance 550) but they told me their policy is they cannot sell me the shoes unless I also buy a piece of clothing (additional $100+). Strongly disagree with this policy and not a place I would spend money or do business.

**DO NOT SHOP HERE** The Nike shoes I bought were knockoffs. I googled this store and saw all the reviews about how they don't offer refunds and that a lot of their products are not authentic. I was not notified by staff that returns are store credit only. Read all the reviews before you think about shopping here. If you have been scammed by Sneakerbox, file a chargeback with your credit card company and report this shady business to the Better Business Bureau
