Went to sketchers Metrotown shopping for holiday walking shoes was greeted by Jack who listened to my preferences and provided me with several options . His customer service and product knowledge was outstanding. Jack and Silvia’s pleasant demeanour and knowledge was very much appreciated and I left with the shoes I was looking for.

Oct 17 I was at Skechers (Metrotown) and I was looking for a pair of Runner and I was deciding which pair to get also the style this yr it wasn't really me till I came across this one pair and asked the staff (Jasmine) to grab me a size 8, after trying on the first pair I was like... something is wrong with this pair so I showed Jasmine and she grabbed another pair of the same one for me. It was perfect. I think the first pair had a defect or some sort but Jasmine was patient with me and provided amazing service. Kudos to Jaamine and Skechers is lucky to have her.

Came in to shop for my mom who is overseas and was able to get what I needed. Jack & Nicole was amazing.. Jack was constantly checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay and helped me with everything and gave me recommendations for my elderly mom. Great service
