Today I went to this store to bought shoes for my 2yrs old son. Because he walking on his toes. There was a staff she showed some shoes for my son she is very knowledgeable & professional. She did know very well what’s works for my son. We put these shoes to my son very comfortable & he reduced walking on his toes same day. Great service. We’re very happy ? to see him walking normally. Thanks you so much?

We came in for baby’s first shoes and found 2 great pairs by stride rite. Staff Anca is very helpful and friendly, fantastic with babies! He had a great time trying on shoes

The staff are so lovely and helpful here. Bought a pair of indoor shoes for daycare and the staff is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. They also sell some rain gear here such as muddy buddy’s and rain pants.

What a wonderful store, professional staff and very knowledgeable! Anca was so lovely and helpful I am so very happy to finally have the right shoes for my daughter and son that is supporting their feet, (they have flat and over pronation feet).The price is great and affordable and willi last longer than the cheap ones in the supermarkets.The spot where I will buy my kids shoes from now on, the right choice for them :)))

Have shopped here for shoes for my grandchildren several times and each time appreciative of the staff, shoe knowledge, range of choices and quality. Staff are wonderfully attentive and help to instil confidence in the shoe selection due to their interactions with the children, attention to detail and measurement, and their knowledge of their products. Range of selection is second to none. Wouldn’t consider shopping elsewhere.

I had an outstanding shop experience this evening at shoekid at Lougheed Mall. Roxanne welcomed my son and me with a big smile, she found the right product for us and made sure we were happy with that. Moreover she put my little one at ease all the time, and was professional and kind. I will definitely come back to shop at shoekid at Lougheed mall!

We came to find shoes for my son, we have been dealing with some medical issues and needed proper fitting orthopedic shoes for him. I came in with lots of questions and Roxanne was absolutely amazing!! We found the perfect shoes within a few minutes, she answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. The store is really good for shopping kids shoes as they are carrying many nice brands which are not always find in other places. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable to help with finding the suitable shoes especially for baby.
