I called the store and (because previously I had hard time with other stores and useless online customer service) , asking about the product which I couldn't place an order for some reason, from the staff who answered my call and when she said twice s you should be able to place an order I got so mad that I yelled at the poor girl but she instead of end the conversation just reminded me that she is there to help , as she continued helping me with the product I felt more and more embarrassed and apologized several times . her name is SASHA and I would hire her in spot , we cant get enough of this kind of people. SASHA thank you again and please accept my sincere apology for my behavior.

Went in to buy a pair, and as soon as I walked in both staff never acknowledged me, never asked if I needed any assistance or whatsoever. The lady with short hair and glasses was pretending to be busy on the computer. She gave me that “what?” Look as if I was bothering her, when I asked if they had something to fill in the gap. It was so frustrating being in there with no assistance from them, when I was already struggling with the sizes. no help with my situation. Never coming back again and I can take my business elsewhere! If I could give this 0 star, I would!

went this morning to buy sandals and boots. very rude staff, refused to help with sizes and told me to look on my own. they were free with no customers in store but yet pretended busy. almost wanting to me chase me out of the store. never visit again.

I like their selection. Also like that they have storefronts when anyone can try and feel the shoes. Their website is awesome too. Shipping to store works like a charm, just in case the numbers are different. Been buying fir a number.ber of years and satisfied. Prices are very good too.

Fair pricing for shoes, if you could find your ideal shoes there, you shouldn't miss it. (Me not too trust online shopping without a physical shops, especially for refund and exchnage, you know what i mean). ?

Went in looking for some winter boots for my 5yr old grandson. The cs person was super helpful and even measured his feet for us. They grow so quickly and I wasn't sure what size he was now!Managed to find a decent pair that had a sale price too.Very happy with my purchase thank you
