I need all the help I can get especially after my gambling sessions. I keep repeating daddy needs a new pair of shoes. Sometimes the gambling forces hear me , sometimes no. At least there is less chicanery at the casino than dealing with the government.”

“I called the store and (because previously I had hard time with other stores and useless online customer service) , asking about the product which I couldn't place an order for some reason, from the staff who answered my call and when she said twice s you should be able to place an order I got so mad that I yelled at the poor girl but she instead of end the conversation just reminded me that she is there to help , as she continued helping me with the product I felt more and more embarrassed and apologized several times . her name is SASHA and I would hire her in spot , we cant get enough of this kind of people. Half the people complaining still don't understand how retail works. When it comes to higher end clothing, if price is an issue..

I keep seeing 1 star reviews for ppl that buy a different but similar item at a lower price. Like dam, then do your research or try it in store and buy online... ain't their fault you're bad at managing money. Welcome to clothing shopping that's not the gap and Walmart. I've spent a premium price for certain pieces here for sure but they were sold out or hot items online. This guaranteed I get the items I want which is what matters. If you're just a " I'm browsing" shopper, you're shopping at the wrong place unless you got cash to spend. Giving a place 1 star for not immediately responding to their resume, god dam, ppl really be that petty. Thank God he don't work here. Half the low reviews leave me dumbfounded.”

“Great customer service! (4.5 Stars if possible)Mona was super friendly and helpful. I went in to try on the women's Soft 7 to double check my size in Eccos. She was able to pull 3 different sizes for me to try on without seeming annoyed or frustrated. She was also able to help me plus 2 other customers all at once without being flustered.I ended up only trying on the shoes as the colour selection in-store was less than that online, but I did end up buying my shoes online today thanks to the patience and help of Mona!”

I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and they got the shoes for me quickly, gave me some more info about the shoes, and I tried them on and they were awesome shoes in totally new/mint condition. At point of sale, the sales person was very clear with the policy of any sales being final sale and had me initial the receipt to acknowledge. No problem because these high quality shoes are not coming back. I will definitely return to Romia at Metrotown!”

“My wife and I are happy to share the great experience with Mr. Teddy Chen in the Weekend MaxMara store in Metropolis Burnaby BC location store.My wife bought the black padding jacket but unfortunately, she found out some issue immediately so she contacted to sales person to solve the problem but not much supportive after sales so my wife was so worried about it because we need to come back to home in US at tomorrow. Fortunately, my wife could reach out Mr. Teddy Chen over the phone. although Mr. Chen was not sales person for my wife's jacket. he took care of everything for my wife to solve the problem with endless smiles. It was so amazing experience. we never met this great sales person in any store in US, Canada, ASIA, and even Europe.
