I go here for the BCAA discount, but it's the same as any other big station.
For the owners/managers: please replace your squeegees, they're all horribly rusty and the water's bright orange.

I had to stop at this station cause it was the closest to me.I walked in with my dog and my dog has some issues as well, all i wanted was to buy a few sandwiches and smth to drink for me and for my dog.The customer representative did not allow me to enter the store asked me if my dog can stay outside - and no he cannot.To be fair- the representative offed to help me via that small window that open outside on a hot weather like this really???I could be already paying and be on my way. I used to go to this store almost regularly (like 3-4 times a month) but not any more.and my dog is a non-allergenic and i am sure he s much cleaner than most people if that s their excuse.

There is a good variety of food and drink options at this location. Great place for a pit stop because they had some fridge/frozen ready to eat food.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!Don’t stop here for gas if you need to use the bathroom. Not available to customers after 10pm.Customer service needs some work. What’s going on with this location? Other reviews clearly state similar issues and nothing is being done. Typical gas station owner.Wont be stopping here ever again. Better Gas prices up the road in all directions. Even chevron is better at the customer service part of a transaction… and you have washroom access.Go well… then don’t go to this Shell!

Avoid this station when possible. Horrible customer service. Better shell locations not far and usually have a better price on fuel. The chevron across the road is the better option.Bathroom is as clean as the store itself. ?

Goodmorning to you, because my mornings don't start well with your Canada Way and Willingdon shell location, I am a regular customer that comes around 0545 most of the time, your certain employees need to be retarained for customer service, He is sweeping, sees me but continues sweeping, not acknowledging me, and when aaked, told me to WAIT!, What the heck , really, same person at one nite incident who spends more time on the cell phone, then woth customer, sees me and goes inside in back room for over 5 mins and me as well as few more people are waiting outside at around 2230, no hi, no hello, no gudmorning, no apologies, no acknowledging customers, no thank you for waiting, really, this is how you train people, I am not saying all your employees are rude but there are 2 at this location, extremely rude, lacking customer skills, ignorance, I need your response to this, I have let it go and thought ok next time a better service but today he sees me waiting and continues to sweep, ignoring me, I had to honk but still ignores, thus is what Shell teaches?!?!?

AVOID THIS GAS STATION ‼️The lady here is extremely rude and impatient, especially since they're trying to scam your money. My gas pump was having problems since I paid and wasn't able to pump out gas, so I went inside to ask them to unlock the pump for me. That disrespectful lady kept telling me "just cancel it." As if i didn't know already. I was charged TWICE. Never coming back again.

The fuel price is much higher than average price. Be careful about the pump, it shows higher price than the price they shows on google and on site. Today it is 1.85 and it shows 1.80 on google while anywhere is 1.79. Terrible experience

Typical Shell gas station with 93 octane V-Power NiTRO+. Location is conveniently located on corner of Canada Way and Willingdon….across from BCIT. There’s a convenience store as well. If you’re a CAA member you save 3 cents per litre at Shell station. I would have given another star if lighting at gas station is brighter. I find it dim and yellow at night.
