I have been going here for a couple years now. the store looks clean. The deli meat section looks horrible you can tell the slicers don't get sharpened. I was going through the check out and at the end when all my items where scanned. The lady didn't bag my groceries and she said to me do you need help? I said are you. or bagging groceries here any more and she said of course we do. So why would she ask me? Bery disappointed!!

Never get vaccines here. There is no point in making an appointment. Line up will be crazy and you probably will just leave waiting too long. This pharmacy is so greedy that they take more people than they afford.

The Save On is located at the boarder of Coquitlam and Burnaby. Inside is quite clean. Isles are wide. I like the fact that they do price match so that I don't have to make a trip to Thirty's Food, Safeway etc. One thing I have noticed is how many on sales items they have. They have on sale tag everywhere.

This pharmacy is definitely one of the best simply because of the staff. They are always ready to help and fill prescriptions promptly just like other places if they don't have it they try and locate it however it looks like they actually care about the patient and not just because they have to.

I planned to drop in from an early-morning walk recently, to take a walkabout of the store. My first visit to this supermarket in a good, long while. I was curious, and left with two shopping bags, and the store's reward card with me, just in case I was lucky to find some food 'captures' this time. Yay, both the bags and card were needed this time -- I latched onto two, fresh, good-looking, fryer chickens, and a couple of tubs of their quality margarine. While there, I did check prices on a few other items I routinely purchase elsewhere, and found them to be priced considerably higher. But heh, I was happy, and what I had found sure helped to make my visit a positive and worthwhile one, and contributed nicely to my morning walk.

I don't know which Save-on half of these people are reviewing but it isn't the right one. The guy who complained about the Covid arrows and narrow aisles sure isn't talking about this North Rd. location. He is more likely talking about Sapperton. While yes, Save-on can be a bit pricey, its not Choices. And it has wonderful meat and produce, unlike ugh...Safeway. What makes the experience amazing at this Save-on location is the staff. I don't know if he is the manager there but the guy with the blond/greying? hair and I think he has a mustache but sorry, I can't remember! Horrible with faces...(I think his name is Terry or maybe I saw that on a nametag). Anyway, he always goes above and beyond. And the rest of the stuff always strive to be helpful. It's big, spacious, the aisles are wide and its always organized . There is actually a Save-on closer to our house but we choose to go here!
