My family has been shopping at this wonderful store for years now. Formally for my mom she's bought many shoes here and even comes down from Cranbrook. I recently came in to purchase some lovely Mary Jane style shoes as my feet have been swelling and I needed more support and they are cute and comfortable. They have an excellent selection of various Styles and their staff are helpful and lovely

Love Birkenstocks but since I got my new SAS sandals, I wear them all the time. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn.

Wonderful customer service from Sydney E at SAS Burnaby!!!!! Sydney took such care to determine the perfect sandal (Relaxed Amber) in the perfect size. From the moment I put them on, I knew it was a "match made in heaven".These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. They are worth every penny!Thank-you SydneyMaureen

Lana’s expertise and personalized customer service is a lost art. I came here for all-black school shoes for my teenagers - we found shoes that were “cool enough” for them, and also gave them the support & comfort needed. Big thanks to Lana for the hour (or more!) she gave us.

The sales clerk knew her job very well. She looked after me as my foot was still sore from my recent toe surgery. I wouid recommend their service. Shoes could be a bit lower in price nevertheless you get what you pay for .

They have a lot of patience with the elderly, took my mother-in-law to get fitted for new shoes. Not a cheap store by any stretch though, so be prepared to spend $$$

I visited here with my mother. The salesperson here is very knowledgeable about their shoes and can feel that they are proud of their own products. The shoes are not cheap so we didn't end up buying but it did look very sturdy and comfortable.

Went here to help get my elderly mother a couple pair of shoes. Staff are very helpful, friendly and doting. Shoes here are pricey, but such good quality and lots of selection. Staff go to great lengths to find the perfect pair and fit for you. I would mostly definitely shop here for myself when next time I need good shoes. The store was bright with lots of natural light and easy to navigate. Highly recommend.

I went into this store ready to buy a good pair of shoes $300-$350. I told the salesperson, Rose, what I am looking for. I can see clearly she has no interest in providing the service as she simply sat down in her corner. May be I am not dressed like I can afford it!
