Rude and passive-aggressive
If you have kids (especially kids who is ADHD/autistic/have a hard time with impulse control, please don’t go in here! The shop keeper will humiliate you)
The person at the store got mad my child for smudging up her glass display case and trying on some rings. I apologized and she just said “yeah, shouldn’t have to tell you that it’s inappropriate to touch things in stores”….uh what?
All this happened in front of kids, with other families in the store at the same time (some other kids as well). It was a horrible experience!

A beautiful store with a whole world of gems, fragrances (incense) , sages, palo santos. All you may need to zen out at home or outdoors, with natural healing magic by your side. Sure to shift your energy and offer support to your meditation practices!
The owner is kind and knowledgeable - a sweetheart!

I read a few reviews that spans over the past couple of years stating that the store is closing. Is this store actually closing or are they just using that sign to generate whatever revenue they can? Unfortunately it’s a common marketing tactic. I went there a couple of days ago and can confirm that they didn’t provide a discount on the items I bought. I confronted the guy at the till about the sign and he said “Oh it doesn’t apply to these items” and I shrugged it off because it was only $5 for each item anyway. Can also confirm he didn’t provide a receipt or care to ask if I wanted one. Rating 1 star because I found what I was looking for but with the other reviews and the fact that the owner doesn’t care to reply or apologize for the “horrible customer service” is concerning. I guess you just have to experience this yourself to believe it or maybe you’re lucky enough to be dismissed while browsing their store.

Super Bad experience: I got a ring from them, and it broke within 24 hours. When I went, I said I wanted a refund or exchange, and the owner ( he) said, “You broke it. We can’t exchange or refund.” what in the world of customer service is this ??? Don’t buy anything from them, because if it breaks, they won’t even help you to get your money's worth. Trash.

This is an excellent source of all things crystal, mineral and gems. Lots of pocket stones, metaphysical books, incense and an insane selection of jewelery from any crystal type. Nice service and the store layout is set up for easy, leisurely browsing. I come here every time I visit Lougheed Mall and never leave empty-handed.

This is an excellent source of all things crystal, mineral and gems. Lots of pocket stones, metaphysical books, incense and an insane selection of jewelery from any crystal type. Nice service and the store layout is set up for easy, leisurely browsing. I come here every time I visit Lougheed Mall and never leave empty-handed.

Clearly this place cares 0 about it's customer service. Lady Nadia who claims is the owner doesn't even know about crystals that she sells ! When I asked her, she said it was written somewhere, check on your own or Google haha Later, I asked her about the gold-plated jewelry like how to take care of it. And she said it is simple and if you have so many concerns then just buy real gold ! Lol I think she needs to grind and eat all these crystals, as for sure she is not in her senses. She needs help and must close this business down. I have been to one crystal store on Granville Island. What an amazing environment and customer service. This store is selling cheap stuff which worth not even 50 cents ! Plus her awful attitude ? Never going again.

Horrible customer service.Sales lady was very rude to my friends daughter while we were trying to browse and make our selections.Also very overpriced on somethings, incense was over 3x the price of other, friendlier stores.

Had a few great experiences here, Nadia who believed to be the owner was very kind and welcoming. She took the time to share her knowledge on the different stones I was interested in. After trying on a few pieces she was kind enough to point out that a few of items were on sale. I've been to this store on 5 separate occasions and have had a pleasant experience each time. They have an awesome collection of not only jewelry but also decorative items for the house. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in stones.

June 2023 - I have to admit I was really shocked to see the low reviews for this store! I've been going there for a few years now and especially through the pandemic was worried every time I went back that it might have disappeared. Because of the ongoing construction they've had to move storefronts several times, but I'm glad that they're still there.I have never had the issues that other people are discussing regarding the lady who is there. Maybe it's somebody different they're talking about, but every time I have been there, if I recall correctly, it's always the same person.Admittedly I haven't had to ask for advice very often (if ever) because I'm somewhat knowledgeable about the stones, and I'm usually there with a friend who knows much more than I do. I can appreciate what people are saying in the reviews where they address that it's a problem if the staff is not able to adequately answer their questions.I also like that I can buy beads and incense there.I've been happy with the prices in general. That's the only reason I knocked off a star; because although I think they have acceptable prices on most of items in the store, the odd one will surprise me in that they are considerably higher than I expect. Having said that, this store is less expensive than some other stores I've gone to.Overall, I'm happy with the selection and pricing (compared to other places I've shopped), and I'm glad that they're still in business.

My advice to any crystal lover that wants to go here, please don’t. Not only was the woman working there rude. But the two times I’ve been, none of the staff can tell me what type of crystal I’m holding when I show them, even if it’s something basic like Rose Quartz. I wouldn’t trust that they are legit crystals either if they can’t tell you where they came from.
