RRA helped me file my business tax and Riazul took care of my tax filing. It was very good experience for me. The location is very convenient and easy to find, close to Metrotown mall and walking distance from Skytrain. I highly recommend this accounting firm.

I was contemplating on where to go for my tax filing due to its complex nature...I found RRA online and just did a walk-in, I was surprised with the patience he had with me, decoding the complexity of my income and the end, it resulted in a good return and the service fee was below my expectation. They did great job for me and thats where I will be filing my taxes henceforth.

I do not live in the area and travelled to Burnaby specifically to have my taxes done here as I have in the past . I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. The office door was locked . I proceeded to wait awkwardly in the hallway for my scheduled appointment while the construction workers renovating the office from his coughed and spat . 10 minutes past my appointment time the door is still locked , no one from this establishment has awknowledged they are aware I’m standing outside , notify me they are running behind and when I eventually left called to see why I had left or not shown up to my appointment. I know the accountant knew I arrived as he walked in while I was waiting locks the door and never returned which I expected him to at my scheduled time . I understand not being seen early but I have now wasted my time travelling to Burnaby and will now need to find someone else during this busy tax season . Horrible service

I tried tax filing with Riazul for the first time, he was professional and kind. The price was way affordable than the other firms. I will definitely go again to file tax with him.

The idea of doing taxes is always stressful and added to this is finding a tax service you feel comfortable with. After calling numerous tax places and feeling frustrated with their anwers, I finally found Riazul Tax and Accounting. The office has recently moved to 205-6125 Sussex Ave in Burnaby. Riazul had years of experience and he was courteous. He was able to explain what was needed in language you can understand and he had patience. The price for the service was very reasonable for his level of expertise. This is a hidden gem that I was very happy to find and happy to recommend !

Fast, friendly, rather low pricing, you get it all! Oh and they actually open on Saturdays!Wonder how I didn't find this place earlier.Well, their Entrance Door is kind of hard to find tho, just use Google map street view to pinpoint the location if you having trouble finding it.

Amazing service! I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. I dont know much about taxes or anything but I was explained everything which was really helpful. Rates are low and the friendly environment was an added bonus. Would recommend and also will be going there again.

Fastest, Easiest and most affordable accountant i have ever been to. My husband and i brought our taxes in with no appointment. Riazul had them done for us in 2 hours! He was very friendly, and stayed at the office late for us to come pick up our taxes that same evening. Will be using him for all of our accounting needs in the future. Thanks Riazul!

The office is located right by Metrotown so very accessible. Riaz was very professional and helpful even BEFORE I went it to see him. Gave great value upfront over the phone and his hours of operation are much better than most firms so great availability. He was very insightful to any questions asked. Would HIGHLY recommend to anybody.
