The best and cheapest car wash in the city. Can do a complete car wash in just $8. $2 for each token and each token lasts for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Never want to spend money on an automatic car wash as it never washes the car with satisfaction. This is the best self-serve car wash. Lots of bays. Open 24/7.

Hey everyone!!
**The $24 on your credit card is just a PRE-AUTHORIZATION/HOLD. Not a scam! Calm down. The hold should release in under 2 weeks or less (business days)**
I gave it 2 weeks on my statement to see if it would become a purchase, but turns out it wasn’t. They charged me $6 like it was suppose to (or whichever option you picked). Take deep breaths, it’s going to be OK!! Wash away!!
Management should put a sign up for this $24 pre-authorization/hold issue on their website or on the two machines.
**Before you leave your house or business...Come armed with your own sponge/cloth, disposable gloves, face mask to prevent being splashed, waterproof shoes, dress for the weather, bring disposable sanitizing wipes to wipe down inside of car, and big clean rags to dry your car afterwards. No buckets allowed! The more prepared you are coming here, the better you will feel afterwards and not having to spend extra here. Also, debit tap doesn't seem to work. Bring coins, cash and a credit card as well just in case **
**Tip! To maximize your 2 minute and 40 seconds for each coin…. Don’t rush!! It’s not a race to see how fast you can use up your coins. Don’t let the machine dictate your time. Think of this as free exercise, but also be weary of others waiting during a lineup. I prefer coming here during the less busy times. More enjoyable and less stressful to rush **
Also, don’t use the broom brush they have. It doesn’t do anything but swirl the dirt around and scratches everything. I don't think it has been replaced since 1993. Bring a sponge or cloth instead!
And now, how to maximize your $6 and 3 gold tokens (think of this as a shower routine..rinse, lather, repeat, dry)
First, keep keys near you. Don't lock yourself out!! Pull all floor mats out and use the clips on the wall to put them up.
1st token:
-twist knob to RINSE function on the dial, drop token, spray floor mats so it has time to dry before you finish. Then spray water all over exterior of car, tire and rims, drench it! You can control the pressure with your finger on the spray gun.
-quickly switch the dial to PRE-SOAK! Spray this and all over your car until time runs out.
STOP! ? Don’t rush to put second token in yet!
-then take your sponge/cloth and go all over the car, windows first, body of car, then tires. Do this for a few minutes.
2nd token:
-twist knob to RINSE option, drop coin in the machine, hose down quickly the dirty sponge and car.
-then turn the dial to SOAP or TRIPLE FOAM BRUSH function, don’t use the brush, but use the foam that comes out of the brush, and take foam with your sponge to put all over your car until time runs out.
-then use sponge and rub it all over your car, tires etc..!! Use some elbow grease and strength!! Get that dirt off!
RELAX! Take a 2-3 minute break before dropping the last token.
Last token:
-twist knob to RINSE function, drop token, and hose down dirty sponge, then keep spraying your car with water till the machine times out and until all the soap and foam is gone.
-feel free to use the CLEAR COAT PROTECTANT as finishing. I honestly don’t use it, doesn't make a difference.
-put floor mats back into the car
-don’t forget anything if you’ve left keys or whatever on top of the machine.
Now, drive out of the wash bay and to the side of the lot. Use your clean rags to dry your car off. Windows first, exterior and tires last.
Empty out any trash. Put recycle-ables on the side of the trash cans as there are seniors and homeless folks who like to collect them here.
Done! Give yourself a pat on the back!! Tip is to come prepared, patience, and common sense.
Also, I prefer to vacuum my car at gas

I had my car washed here yesterday. I bought 6 car wash tokens in two transactions. They charged me $24 for every three car wash tokens. That’s a total of $48. It says it’s $2 per token. Why did they charge me so much? Is this a robbery?

Don’t pay for the tokens by credit card unless you want the maximum amount. (Also the cash token machine never works). I purchased 6 tokens ($12) and then 3 tokens to finish the wash ($6) and was charged $48! Absolutely insane if they’re ripping off as many people as have mentioned this below. There’s another wand wash in POCO that I will make the trip to. As others have mentioned, no receipt prints so good luck with a chargeback. If you’re okay with donating to whatever their cause is, then the wash itself is good. If an extra $30 into the ether is not your jam, go elsewhere.

It’s one of the best self-service car washes. The price is fair.

They charge 24 dollars for 3 tokens. Those three tokens are barely 3 minutes of wash. Absolute highway theft!! Avoid this place at all cost!!
