Avoid! Took car in for what was a simple fix (a 2 second google search told me what the issue was). They proceeded to completely misidentify the issue, charged thousands of dollars and gave us back the car still not working. Said they didn’t know why it wasn’t working after performing many tests. Still had to pay full price even though the work they did didn’t need doing. Terrible. Also stuff missing from car when we picked it up and our brand new spare tire stored in our car was replaced with a used spare tire (they didn’t even clean the tire). Truly unbelievable.

Honest, friendly, and prices are competitive. Not the cheapest out there but cheap isn’t always the best way. Inspection reports are properly laid out with pictures and explanations. Easy to book as well. Highly recommended!

Took my Toyota Rav 4 hybrid here the other day and I don’t think I’ve ever had this great of vibes from an auto shop. They had pictures of everything and a full on report to go over after. No hard upselling and really a personable touch. This is now my go to auto shop. I will be coming back here.

If you ever need car repairs, you have to check out Roshie Automotive. I've been their customer since 2021 and ever since amazing as always! They fixed my car's coolant hose and did a full check-up, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were super transparent about what needed to be done and walked me through everything. No surprises, just straightforward and honest work.
These guys are seriously reliable and professional. You can tell they really know their stuff, and they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. I left feeling confident my car was in good hands. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a shop you can trust! Keep it up Roshie! :)

I had my brake pads and oil changed at Roshie a few months ago. I really appreciated their clear communication with clients, the easy booking process, and the way they provided pictures to show what repairs were needed and what the issues were.
However, after getting my brake pads replaced, I still heard a scratching sound for months. I emailed them about the issue, and they responded quickly. The problem was resolved within a day, and now the scratching noise is completely gone.
I'm very happy with their service and will definitely come back again.

First time customer - and I will definitely be back. From booking my car in to checking out, the service was amazing. They actually spent time explaining what they did to my car in a way that I could understand ?. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic shop.

Brought my 06 Lexus for a POM inspection to these knowledgeable and honest gentlemen and they did an outstanding and detailed job. After the inspection, Denzel graciously explained all the results and what needed attention.
I really appreciated and value Roshie's in detail, expert, reasonably priced and honest car analysis complete with pictures and explanation which puts them for me, above and beyond any other car mechanics in the lower mainland.
They got me, my family and friends as lifetime customers.

Honestly Roshie Automotive is very accommodating. I miss my 13:00 oil change appointment and they call me back to reschedule on the same day later appointment. No matter how your busy schedule, they will accommodate you within their reasonable time schedule. Thanks Roshie for being there for me when needed.

Very good shop, took my car here for an inspection and they went over everything thoroughly. I was having an issue and the dealership wouldn't do anything about it. I had a transmission shop look at my car and said something wasn't right but I didn't have that in writing because the transmission shop was doing me a favour. Paulo confirmed with me that I wasn't crazy and indeed was hearing things. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good mechanics!
