Very bad customer service, always calling and they eat while talking to you. People just hang around the store and you really don’t know who works there. I bet the customers are also very rude. Hence a vicious cycle.

Worst customer service, ghey dont know how to talk to people . I was looking for a iphone , the lady straight away said . We dont have it and we cant order . Whereas i got a call from rogers that they can order from any local store near you... worst people to deal with they were only welcoming Chinese customers who spoke there language

My wife and I ware there yesterday ,to have our contract fixed but unfortunately ? we had the worst service from the sale associate, as she even asked us roudly to leave the store, my wife was so upset that she start crying. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. (Ken)Who took care of us,so professionally that he made the worst experience of our lives to Avery good ? one,well done Ken.

I went in tonight after work to get a phone at this location and then when I told them i picked the phone I wanted they told me they were not doing any new set ups and that would be fine but they were closing at 8:40 pm when actually the close time is 9:00 would give zero stars but can't on here

Came in to get an e-SIM. I didn't have photo ID (getting renewed). But they sold me the e-sim and asked me to try calling the call centre. that didn't work but I grabbed my ID went back to store and they helped me set it up. Which, I'm glad they did because the card didn't work the first time and they had to issue me a new card. All three staff were huddled around me and helping me out. They all seemed friendly and welcoming. Small shop, nice people.

Agent in store gives out completely incorrect details regarding details of my plan and pretend that I was wrong when I pointed out the inconsistencies. Save yourself some time and temper and go to the store in Metrotown instead.

I went in to Rogers to switch my business plan from Bell and usually it is a hassle, but Zita was able to complete the process very smoothly. Her professional service was great and I really apprecaite it.
