I bought a shirt from there. I did not wear it, but the tag was unattached. The cashier said I could not return it because the tag was unattached. Shakila said she would give me a gift card. It is very strange that I can return it only to get a gift card. Usually, they say customers can return items with a receipt and the tag. I will never go back there. They are very unprofessional and rude.

Went into lougheed reitman location was very pleased by the services I got in the store. The store manager Gloria and assistant Laura provide excellent service! This is definitely my favourite store to shop!

I had a great RSVP Style experience. The stylist, Heer, was so friendly and understood all my issues perfectly. She was able to spend lots of time with me and helped me pick out some great pieces! And a great deal as well! Thanks again, I’ll definitely be back!

I want to buy a pair of Hyba pants and they had a mark that looked like a bleach stain. The lady said she'd give 10% off and the 30% already off. The mark wiped off with a lysol wipe but she says she'd phone her manager to see if she can take more off the 40%. She then tells me the manager says since the mark wiped off she would not give the extra 10% either, nevermind more off. They still should have given the 40% off they agreed to as they weren't going yo try and wipe the stain off until I requested. They used to have much better staff and the place was a pleasure to shop at but now it's doubtful I'll return.
