OMG! This is the most awful branch that I’ve ever seen. A couple of employees are rude and the one that I think is the manager is the worst!! I was there this week and I had a couple of clothes in my hand and no one approached me or suggested opening a room for me!
And they all like they don’t care about customers just only the money and the amount they wanna spend! I’ll never come back to this branch.

Walked into the store today and was not greeted by anyone. Walked around, picked up a few things to try in. Had 4 things in my hands so I approached a sales associate and asked if she could put them in a room, to which she responded, give me a minute. She had another woman come and assist. I gathered a few more items and entered the fitting room to which a woman by the name of Helima says to me. Whatever you don't like put out here and if you need anything, help yourself. WAIT WHAT? This is a customer service position and I felt like I was being treated like garbage. I worked in the retail industry for years and understand that it is frustrating when people leave fitting rooms upside down but.... that is the job and always has been. I usually hang my items and neatly put them on the rack or leave the room in good condition.... not today. Why are there 3 sales associates if only one is working taking people's money. Time to pick up the service level or I will go somewhere where they want to help me.

Walked into the store today with my Starbucks drink that was a quarter full. There was no signs at the front stating there is no food or drink allowed. Someone said Hi to me and did not say anything either. I walked around half the store and picked up a few things to try on. A lady said she would put the items in the dressing room for me and took the items and saw my drink. A few moments later another lady approaches me and asks me if I can put my drink at the front as there is no drinks allowed. While everyone seemed friendly and I don’t doubt my drink would be safe… I do not feel comfortable leaving my drink like that so I left. It was very off putting as I was looking forward to buy a few things for my upcoming trip next week. If I was told this when I entered or I had seen a sign at the front I would have happily obliged and come back. I have shopped at this location before with a drink … I have shopped at Reitmans for more than 20 years and never had this asked of me before. Just felt really weird and unnecessary. Why let me walk around for 15 minutes and pick up things and be seen by all the employees…. Just for a drink to become an issue later.

The staff was so rude very very unpleasant experience yesterday try to return some clothes cashier was so rude she said internet not working from 3 days can’t return I said if I back after couple days then maybe overdue and Reitmans doesn’t want to return can u write on the receipt and I come back no issue she said this is not store issue u can go other locations if I live near that location why I need to go Surrey or Langley etc so rude and attitude not going back to that location

The staff was rude seem like they wanted to chat with each other but when customer ask for help one of the staff member told me we don’t have enough staff on the floor so help your selfI have been shopping with Reitmans for many years but this time I did not have a great experience with this location

Reitmans carries a wide range of elegant clothing and accessories collection for all age groups of adult women. The staff is very warm and helpful and acquaints you with good deals as you walk in. Flora is a very sweet and cheerful person. She guides me with her great sense of size and style selection.

poor customer service at this store. They only care about making the $$$, not customers. They did not mention about the promo in their store. I only know about it because i saw their sign. Then they refused to give it to me because I don't have an email that have this promo barcode that they want. Promo is only for $30 for god sakes. If its an in store promo, why would I even get an email about it. NO ATTEMPTS OR EFFORTS to make customers happy. Get rid of the store manager please. Also, the sales lady tells me that penningtons is only their sister store after mentioning I got better service from Penningtons. Who in the world DOES NOT know that? Its all under one umbrella right? Poor customer service skill!

These staff are so rude. I JUST called right now to confirm if they had a dress in stock and the woman said "i already called earlier and how can i help you this time" i told her i didnt call but i could give her a style number and she said "i have time, i can wait awhile for you". The worst customer service ever. I just hung up in disbelief. I am working at a mall right now and looking for THIS dress. Trash.

This is the second time I came to store with my mom...all staff members are very friendly and energetic... Especially Floura..she went above and beyond to choose and guide products for my mom...we especially came for her and i highly encourage customers who are reading my review that this is best store in town and excellent customer service especially Floura... thank you again...
