Mustapha and his team are absolutely fantastic. Took me under my truck and got me to see (and feel) first hand the issues I was experiencing.
He even spent time on his day off sourcing my parts. Absolutely will be back.

My respect to Mustafa's service and professionalism. I stopped by as a walk-in client for a wheel alignment, and they helped me right away. I was impressed by how clean the shop was, which reassured me that the work would be done properly and I could trust these people. In the end, I received a detailed report with all the specifics of the work completed.

Musdafa robs people, I have a car good condition nothing wrong with it, one day I was doing alignment, so I broke the lower joint bolt, I came to Musdhafa’s shop and show him the broken bolt to fix, he say he can fix it but I have to buy the parts form the dealership ,because you can’t get any other places except the dealership , anyway I got the parts from the dealership it’s was not that much expensive, just $25 , then mustafa told me to leave the car because it may take few hours, he told me to pay $1350 , really I was not expected could be that much, but I was so desperate to fix the car, so I say okay, then in 3 hours later he call me and says oh this is too much work so I don’t know how much the money will be , I say you told me to pay $1350 and I don’t have more than that, he say don’t worry is not gonna be more it can be $200 to 300 extra, I was like what, anyway I said give me the last price so I can make a decision , he never give me any price just keep saying trust me I can’t give you any price right now because I don’t know how much time I have been working on it so don’t worry about it , anyway I said okay, I call him in the afternoon if the car is ready for pick up, he say nah the car is not ready yet please I will call you tomorrow, next day I call for picking up the car, and he made me to pay $2350 , and the car was not fixed probably, the second day I come back to the shop and there was someone else saying mustafa is on his vacation come back in 3 weeks, so i went an other mechanic in Richmond, he told me to get the parts from the dealership and says he can fix for me only $250, imagine ($2350 $250) mustafa charges me an extra $2100, combers to the other guy so be aware of that guy he’s a thief

IGNORE THE PLACE AT ALL COST , THE REASON IS THIS GUYS WILL ROBE YOU AND NOT FIX ONE THING
MUSTAFA has told me my car is going be fixed and will be taken care of but unfortunately nothing has been fixed and I still have the same problem with my car until I took it to another mechanic which took him 15 minute to fix the problem . Regardless the situation I feel I have been robbed coming to this place and will never come and will never trust

It was my first time at the shop, I must say it looked clean and presentable. I’ve been to dealerships for work on my car and I wasn’t happy to go back so I decided to try a quick mechanic and came to Rash Autos based on the reviews on Google. He did live up to the professionalism and swiftness in solving the problem, so I want to say thank you for the job and focusing on finding a solution with good explanation and thanks for getting me in on short notice. Rasha Auto was great! I had a leak coming from my car that I needed to get fixed. They were prompt, professional, and fair prices! They helped mix something that another shop messed up on. Definitely coming back.
