this company is an absolute joke, the customer service and the branch manager is useless. I've been in many times and the manager will not help me and tell me to wait for someone to help me. why cant he? also I am disabled and needed the handicap parking stall however it was in use, with no handicap sign in the window. they never get the order correct either, always something wrong.

I ordered the same 2 acme nuts as previously. They were the wrong ones. I tried to exchange them, but the store was closed. I thought it was covid that shut them down, but they had moved.When I found them, I explained what happened (last July) and they were willing to help me.Now it's December and they are not willing to help me! Take that 1 star away.

If you can avoid coming to this location do so at all costs. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, they rarely listen over the phone to what you need and will visibly roll their eyes and give attitude when they’re called out. Try to use another location until they change their staff

I bought several auger bits for Ridgid auger and wanted to exchange one for another that i thought would be better. Spent $1200 on parts, cables and a repair but they wouldn't exchange it cause it was over 30 days since i bought it. I was very surprised. Not like i wanted a refund. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will purchase elsewhere now.

My Ridgid pipe cutters broke. I attempted to fix myself, but parts flew everywhere. Brought to Raider Hansen, they were happy to repair it and retrieve the broken part from another supplier. In order to keep the shipping cost down, they (thinking about customer cost first) were able to lower the price to almost nothing by adding it to another shipment of items from the same supplier. I was shocked and very happy at how little the repair cost and part were. I will happily continue to take other tools here for repair. Great service!

First time ever calling them and they were unbelievably helpful, went out of their way to find hardware for me without me even asking them to, and collaborated with other branches to get me what I needed. Really impressed and kind of made my day! Definitely would use them again.
