A little on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for, which is excellent service! The staff were friendly, accommodating, helpful and most importantly did a great job at decommissioning, moving and Certifiying BSCs. When you want a job done right, Raeyco is reliable.

Raeyco's technician Eugene provided great services to our lab repairing ultralow T freezers. He did his job promptly and professionally. He explained the technical details of the equipment's issues. He is the real expert.

Raeyco has been a vendor of ours for the past couple of years. We utilize their validation services to have them service and validate most of our GMP equipment. They have provided us so far with an exceptional service. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of. They work very efficiently and get the work done very quickly. They are also very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I recommend their skilled and knowledgeable Validation team and QA team for their utmost professionalism. They are great and friendly to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

We had serious issues with an autoclave not functioning correctly after it had been relocated. Raeyco assessed the issues remotely, dealt with the supplier to obtain all the necessary parts to perform the repair and servicing and then engaged one of their local technicians to bring our autoclave back as good as new. This was no small task given that we are located on opposite sides of the country. I highly recommend Raeyco for their professionalism, pace and commitment to ensure the job is done completely and correctly.

We have used Raeyco for over 10 years. They Calibrate and/or Qualify all our equipment from Pipettes to HPLCs and GCs. We are a GMP company and they always meet our requirements for on-site documentation and reports. All equipment protocols have been subject to FDA and Health Canada audits with no issues.Raeyco has highly trained staff and are always great to deal with and schedule visits when needed.One Call truly does it all!.

the work they did was great which is why I wanted to give two stars instead of one. but the offer they gave me to buy back a piece of equipment that they refurbished and approved themselves (and offered to buy back if I ever wanted to sell) was absolutely insulting. they did 2k worth of refurbishing on a machine that can run up to 16k new and I had another piece of equipment that can sell for 1-1.5k and they offered me 1k for both? I expected a bit of retail markdown but that's literally 20% above raw scrap metal value, one of the pieces has platinum components. absolutely insulting. I was really disappointed. they should have just said not interested instead of trying to lowball me like that. get your stuff serviced but don't believe that any buy back offers will be reasonable.
