Best Place to buy a Pro consumer cappuccino machine. Bought a beautiful Profitec 500, they shipped it to the Island No Charge and it arrived no problem the next day. Great guys in both sales and service. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing service at QCS. My Jura needed a repair and I was concerned it was going to take forever and cost a fortune. QCS put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Highly recommend. I took my Jura coffee machine in for a repair. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Repair work was promptly completed. The space itself is spotless and well organized. A pleasure to deal with.

Twice emailed Quality Coffee Systems inquiring about out of warranty service for our Jura E8 (using contact info from Jura Canada’s site). No response. Pity we’re now sending the machine out east, as it would have been much more economical and timely to ship to/from BC.

Their customer service is incredible. i bought a machine from them just over 2 years ago. A problem developed with regard to steam not shutting off ( I use mine every day) Turns out was the steam valve & some hoses. They fixed 'in house' Took a few days. Bill was $125 and 2 year warranty had expired one month prior. What a pleasant surprise it was when they decided to cover it under warranty. so no cost me :)Would recommend this place. 5 stars! Kim

This is the second time I have been to this store in the last three years regarding a Jura Giga 6 I had purchased. The first time I found the service very good and the tech more than helpful.This time Cedric went above and beyond. I'm very happy and would recommend Quality Coffee Systems 100%.

It’s a fabulous experience with Quality Coffee Systems. I met Kaz who is very patient in showing me how to prepare variety coffees by Solis System. The machine itself is easy to use, made with durable material. After several tryings, I’m able to enjoy a cappuccino at my home. I would say the taste of my coffee could beat many big names ????

I made arrangements to meet with Kaz to look over an upscale Espresso machine.Took the 2-hour drive into Vancouver only to learn he left for the day. No email, no phone call...just got stood up.Waited a while for someone to assist, then left.I guess I should consider myself lucky I didn't get stuck with a machine with only one location to service it.

Got Olympia Cremina SL here. Fabian was very helpful and patient with all my questions and helped me with my decision making. The machine itself is a work of art and makes an espresso, that ruined coffee shops for me. Most of them at least. Only the very best coffee shops can satisfy me nowadays. But I rarely use them, because of this beautiful machine. I couldn't be happier.UPDATE: Once again, received a 6 star service here. Thank you very much QCS and your entire team is great. Roya, thank you for helping me so quickly and sorting out my problem! Always prompt replies, best service and friendly staff in Canada.
