Never had a good experience with them. They don’t show up when they are supposed to and just ask customers to pickup from their warehouse. Avoid them if you can.

Worst carrier service ever. Why is it still in business? Doesn't knock on our door. Doesn't leave a paper notice. Try to schedule a pickup and wouldn't allow it. Said only the shipper can change it. What would you have me do? Why do you have to make people's lives so hard? I would give 0 star if I can

absolute worst delivery service ever.
no buzzer - no delivery, no call, no notification. They even don’t ask for buzzer code in the first place.
1 day delivery turned out to be 6 days.

There was poor communication throughout this process. There was no phone number provided to contact anyone for proper information. On Saturday, someone came to deliver a parcel to my place, but since the buzzer wasn’t working, they could have texted me — but they didn’t. Instead, they just left a note and left quickly. The message said the package would be available for pickup on October 14th after 12:00 PM.
I called to confirm if they were working on the holiday, but there was no answer and no one to contact. I ended up driving 15 km to their location, only to find the office closed. This is unacceptable — poor service and communication overall.

Absolutely the worst delivery company. I have no clue how they stay in business. Their support staff is incredibly rude, and they never knock on your door. I had packages from Adidas assigned to two different companies for delivery on the same day. Guess who didn’t deliver? Guess who makes you drive an hour from your house to pick up your package? Guess whose staff is rude, belittling, and forces you into the least convenient resolution possible? The answer is Purolator. There’s a special place in hell for this company.

Worst delivery serice around by far. Ordered a laptop online and waited two days for a scheduled delivery but no, nothing was delievered on the scheduled delivery date(s) not even a notice or a pickup slip to tell us that the driver has even attemped the delivery either. What made the matter worse, I tried calling the customer service to get a live person to help track my package. It took me forever get finally get through to someone. All Purolator customer service team could do was offer some lame apology but no real solution to my issue with them. It is safe to said, I'd never ever use Purolator's service again the future.

I have made multiple orders from companies with stores in the area and paid an extra 10-15$ to get it shipped to me rather than pick it in store up since I don’t drive. EVERY single time that purolator is the shipping company they leave a slip that says “recipient was not home” when I has been at home all day and there was so effort made to contact me. The purolator pickup is 30 minutes total to drive to if I’d know I had to make the trip that far I would’ve saved myself 15$ and picked it up in store. This happenes EVERY SINGLE TIME, and if I contact them to make a redelivery they will just leave another slip. Purolator is the worst and if I could I would never use their services again.

Purolator is so bad. They delivered my order so late and the pickup location was 8km from my place. Wasted my time. There is a reason they have late in their name. Improve your services.
