Visited Plenty Metrotown today and I have NEVER had such an incredible experience shopping. Justin the floor manager personally helped me style a few pieces I loved and I left the store with an incredible capsule of pieces. He made me feel so comfortable, and despite my lack of fashion sense and a good year of miserable post partum shopping experiences I came in and loved everything I tried on! Thank you Justin and team for listening to me and helping me leave with a new sense of confidence and style! Out of the activewear! Xo

Shoutout to all the staff working on Jul 14! Everyone greeted me kindly and checked in to see if I needed help with anything. It was really refreshing to have this kind of service at such a busy mall where it feels like oftentimes you may be overlooked as a customer. Thank you for making it a great shopping experience!

Outstanding customer service! I came in last weekend and saw a top I liked but was in too much of a rush to order in a size right then and there. I called back in and whoever I spoke to (I'm so sorry, my phone was way too crackly to pick up your name) somehow remembered me and laid out all the options to order in the top which was sold out BC-wide. They gave me the number for their customer service line, who were just as pleasant and helpful! The in-store associate recommended ordering from Free People's site as they had more stock but my lovely experience just made me want to support Plenty instead. Thanks :)

Friendly staff, they dont pester you and let you shop in peace but will come help when needed. Store and employee pass the vibe check too. Awesome shopping experience!

The staff here are unbelievably rude. They are extremely cliquey and the store manager Jennifer is the most unprofessional. I feel bad for the workers here that don’t fit their clique.

Came here today with my boyfriend looking for some stylish fits for the coming autumn season. Despite how busy it was, Jen and Theresa took the time to make sure we got the look we were going for. Excellent service, will come again if I'm looking for something.
