One of the most knowledgeable, and caring pharmacies in the area, by far. More than a few times they have gone above and beyond in helping source and/or putting together a medication for my family and I. Even though they are a little bit out of the way, they are easily worth the extra bit of travel time.

I see a lot of single star and five star reviews here so I just want to add to the positive reviews. Bernice is one of the nicest people I know within the service industry. I can’t imagine what people with one star review experienced, either they have an unrealistic expectation with pharmaceuticals as there are checks in place, or they are rude and have been ungrateful with a staff who has never rushed me and always make sure I walk out with everything I need. They will spend the five to ten minutes going over details if you ask nicely. One more testament; people are human and mistakes happen but in the three years i have been coming, not a single mistake or detail out of place. And thats not just Bernice, thats because there is also a great team behind the counter :)

I just have the most terrible customer service today at this location after 6:00 pm. I went to Canada Post to do a Moneygram transfer, and the cashier literally yell at me because I tap the wrong card for a refund; she went on yelling saying that I just made the transaction very complicated and that I didn't follow her instructions. The cashier looked very irritated and angry at me for a simple mistake. Note that there were no clients waiting or a line up to justify her reaction for something like that.I do work with the public as well and process refunds for customers as well in a daily basis and yes, if my instructions are not clear with customers on what card to tap they'll make a mistake and in less than 30 seconds the problem is fixed.I think Pharmasave and Canada Post need to train and choose their employees very well.For 20 years I have always had amazing experiences at Canada Post and Pharmasave alike, and I was shocked when the cashier started yelling at me.I hope my feedback helps to improve the service at Burmaby Rosser location.
