The pharmacist I've been dealing with is supremely helpful (one of my bp medications is in short supply and he came up with a workable solution in less than a week). “Can the management please ask the delivery truck drivers not to HOOT when they come. We are seniors staying in the apartment just above the delivery place and it’s so annoying when they start hooting even on Sundays. Don’t they have any courtesy.
Management should stop them or we have to report this to city and the environment”

“I went to find a 99% isopropyl alcohol electronic cleaner for a birthday present and I entered the computer electronics section and asked the staff about it.
He was very kind and even though he did not have what I was looking for, he offered me other options available like wipes and he even told me I could try checking in Canada Computers kindly even saying there was one nearby. ❤️❤️✨

“The store's layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The shelves were neatly stocked and labeled, ensuring that everything was easily accessible. It was evident that the store took pride in maintaining a clean and tidy environment.The best part was when I could see a girl removing the old labels , because the sale tags had to be changed and even though she was busy she was amazingly happy to assist me. “We love going to the Safeway for our groceries. It is a clean and well laid out store with nice staff. It can get busy,in the parking lot so just be forewarned as it is in a popular complex. We always look for any sales that we can find because it can be a bit pricey shopping at Safeway but sometimes we just find the quality can be better for certain items. There is a Lotto centre and a Starbucks inside as well. I believe this location also has a coin exchange machine, but please do not put me on that as I haven't used it in a while.”

“Came here to get my booster shot. It was very close to me. I made an appointment on the day. It was very quick and easy. In and out around 45 mins and I was done. I did get a chance to walk around and take a look at the store. It sells medical supplies like wheel chairs, special potty, cane and etc. This is also a pharmacy so you can fill your prescription here if needed too. Parking is a bit of a pain. It is not connected to Metrotown and is a building on the side of Metrotown but share the same parking lot. I had a tough time finding a parking space and it was somewhat annoying. The people there were friendly.”
“The pharmacy offered a browse and potential shop opportunity while in the Crest Plaza for lunch recently.We are not particuarly accustomed to shopping at Pharmasaves, but here we were parked in front of one, handy to where we were going, and had time before lunch to stop in for a look.Our time inside was rather focused. We knew upon entering, that we did not have enough time to to give the entire store a thorough walkabout. So it was basically, let's go to the areas of the store where we know we need some things, and see what they have.The store was bright, well laid out, with good signage, and we each easily found the aisles, and products we were seeking. And the time there, turned out to be quite enough for my lady and I to each locate, and catch a few needed items.Our checkout was friendly, and quick.”
“The Save On is located at the boarder of Coquitlam and Burnaby. Inside is quite clean. Isles are wide. I like the fact that they do price match so that I don't have to make a trip to Thirty's Food, Safeway etc. One thing I have noticed is how many on sales items they have. They have on sale tag everywhere.”
“My wife and I dropped in to take our newborn's (2 weeks old) Canadian passport photos. Narges at London Drugs' Photo Imaging Centre was extremely patient, caring, and went above and beyond in making sure that our baby was comfortable while also getting a photo for us efficiently! Would highly recommend to other parents!”

“My experience in this pharmacy is very good. Staff is busy but helpful and friendly. Few times they dispensed emergency medication while waiting for new prescription, ordered meds that they're out for next day and even found a coupon from manufacturer so I paid less. By comparison near Costco isn't even close in customer service.”
“I rarely go to the pharmacy because I am fortunate to have good health, but I have used this location a few times, and I found the staff to be pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and accurate. Whether you have a workplace healthcare plan or not, Costco pharmacy has the lowest priced prescription and dispensing prices in BC! Although I am a Costco member, you can still use the pharmacy if you're not a Costco member because all pharmacies in North America cannot ask for memberships if you want to use their service.”
“I was at this location on May 15 after 6 pm. A young lady named Jessica at customer service desk wrapped my flowers. She did an amazing job wrapping them. It was not just the flower wrapping that impressed me. She was managing the cashiers at the front as it got busy. She was patient while wrapping my flowers AND was lovely even though it was busy. She didn't make me feel rushed but I felt bad that wrapping my flower took sometime. Kudos to Jessica and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.”
“after having a less-than-stellar experience at the kensington location, this was a breath of fresh air. sara s was extremely helpful. she let me smell many perfumes, and even suggested several that she thought i would enjoy. she was patient and knowledgeable, and helped me make a purchase i felt confident in. this is especially important, because we all know finding a perfume can be a hard task :)! i left both happy, and having learnt a lot about perfume. thank you!”

I lost my receipt and wanna return a lotion that I am allergic to, he is super helpful and retrieved the record on my optimum card, assisting me to reprint the receipt and refund successfully! Quen is super polite, really listens, and tries his best to sort out any issues customers bring up. This guy really knows his stuff. Quen's got all these great qualities—definitely the kind of guy who deserves a promotion and a raise!”

“I finally set up this pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy for pick-up. I tried a few pharmacies to pick up my medication which wasn't really good experience sadly. And I tried to drop by this pharmacy, even every student pharmacists I met so far were really nice and helpful. They explained to me hard and nicely. I visited last December and this January. One was a woman, and the other was a man. I know dealing with many people is pretty hard sometimes, therefore, thank you for your nice customer service everytime I visit.”
