The grooming salon staff all have horrible attitudes and are very unprofessional. When you try to ask what the package is included, 4/5 groomers answer you at the same time, yelling at you and won't let you ask any questions. Pick and choose clients for sure. So frustrating that this PetSmart is the closest to where I live

It always has sufficient supply of food and accessories that we are looking for. Friendly and helpful staff and they always have deals and promotions which helps. Lots of parking at the location.

I brought my puppy, Molly, here for puppy training. I have to say we looove Eva. She was so patient with all our questions. Since Molly is our first pup, we had many. Haha We were not able to walk Molly without her constantly pulling, but when Eva showed us how to do it, I was stunned at how well Molly behaved. She also recommended good products to help us with Molly. We will be signing up for future classes for sure! Thank you Eva!

Very bad experience in this store. Staff are so lazy, especially the ladies cashier! They don’t want to do any work and bad attitude, chatting about other customers in front of customers. If you don’t want to work, stay home. Customer service is not making your customer think they are all stupid. No greeting, no smile, lazy. I don’t know why they hire people like this.

I took my Dog to petsmart for there summer grooming special. When I came back to petsmart to pick up my Dog. (I take my dog to be groomed there often. He’s a therapy dog. I’ve suffered 2 strokes). The lady working in the grooming salon issued me a book of coupons. She told me I had to go to the front cash and pay for my dogs grooming.(witch is weird they never ask me to do this before). Then bring my receipt back before she would give me my dog. I did as she asked and came back with my receipt. I was standing in front of her flipping through my coupons for petsmart when the lady who works at petsmart looked at me and said “you don’t actually get to hang onto those coupons. You need to give them back to me and I’ll hang onto them for you. I’ll put them in your dogs file and I’ll let you use them the next time you come back.”. I said “what do you mean I can’t hang onto my coupons”. She said “exactly what I said to you. I’ll hang onto them for you. You need to give them back to me”.
I did give the lady back my coupons. The next time I went to petsmart to have my dog groomed. I was picking up my dog after they groomed him. I asked about my coupons to a different employee. She had no idea what I was talking about. She called the manager. I explained what happened to the manager. She said give me a couple minutes I’ll be right back. She came back and showed me video of when the lady gave me the pack of coupons. I said you cut the video off you haven’t played to the part where the lady took the coupons back from me. The manager said”that’s it I’m not giving you any coupons no further discussions.” She said it loudly by the check out register with customers watching and listening.She stormed off and slammed the door to the grooming salon. I told her I would never come back. She said good don’t come back.
I’ve never been so humiliated. I will never go back to petsmart.
Ps. It was never about the coupons it’s about the principle.

Manager and their staff is extremely unprofessional. Considering that their grooming departments main audience are dogs, it is surprising that the grooming receptionist has no knowledge about how to approach a dog. she scared my dog and when i told her to stop approaching my dog head on while staring intensely, she continued to do so couple more times. I did not even have to call for the manager, because the manager was right behind her and did not stop her from her ignorant behaviour. It turns out people are right when they say Petsmart doesn’t know how to treat animals properly, either that is fish or DOGS. The groomer is very professional, but i highly suggest that he go work somewhere else

Huge disconnect.
I almost made an online purchase when I realized the charge went from CAD to USD for the same amount of dollars.
After calling the manager at the store to inform him he apologized but said there was nothing he could do. I told him I was trying to help them to avoid a continuation of this glitch. He replied that store managers have no way of passing this information on.

It’s not a secret that petsmart keep their fish in terrible conditions, but yesterday i went to metrotown and i decided to give a look to buy some blood worms, the betta fish section broke my heart, how you keep all this beautiful animals like this!, with a direct light under and small containers, all of them look in terrible conditions, their bodies without color and its fin rot, i can imagine the diseases that they must have, poor bettas, they don’t deserve this kind of life, shame on you petsmart!
