I was in the store today to buy some bras.
Anna (sales associate) was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me.
She spent a lot of time helping me find the right style and size for my needs
Anna made me feel heard and comfortable.
She is very pleasant with everyone!

I came in today nervous about finding bras, all the bras I have owned in the past were extremely uncomfortable and caused me back pain!
I avoided wireless bras until today because I always thought it would make my breasts sag, well, today I met an AMAZING lady named Anna, she saw the bras I was looking for, and she said she didn’t think the ones I was looking at would be the most comfortable, she helped me measure myself all while being so kind and showed me wireless bras for the first time. And I am so thankful I listened to her advice, the bras she showed me not only fit well, but are wireless and give my back support in ways I never knew possible! She helped me and my friend find the perfect bras! To Penningtons, you have an amazing employee working for you, 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have larger sizing obviously, however, since they got rode of AdditionElle (however it’s spelt) they don’t have any trendy clothing. If you are looking for athletic wear I did find cute items but other than that all clothing targeted toward older women. Disappointing having to now travel to surrey to go to Torrid.

I was amazed with the store in Burnaby lots of styles in the lingerie section but this little lady Anna make such a profound change in me she was helpful and supportive with me she made me feel seem, I will come back with my family for more bra fitting for her . Thanks Penn for have more staff prepared and bilingual.

Not friendly. I went in to return items and buy bras at their 60% off sale. Not nice people at this store. It was kind of like hurry up and get lost. Going back to my Langley store or elsewhere. Guess they are smile burned out

A very nicely set up and well appointed store. The associate ladies were very helpful and made us feel welcome. I got a few items that were further reduced. I’ve always got something whenever I shop there.

A bra I purchased broke within the first month. I phoned the store to see if they have anything in place for these types of things. She said yes, it's defective. Awesome! However when I went to bring it back I was met with "this bra looks really worn" it was worn approximately 10 times. I was shamed, accused of not knowing my bra size and it was assumed that I launder my bras when they are washed in meshed bags. The end of the strap had freyed and ripped right off while I was wearing it. You either do the exchange or say no. Don't treat your customers that way.

I had a super fun experience. I loved the variety of sizes & colors & styles. The staff were very helpful & friendly! . I really appreciated how they went around with me showing me the items on sale & really appreciated how they knew my size right off the hop. I am so grateful for penningtons at this location still being in business; because, I’m not a online shopper. I love the social in store experience & being able to visibly see what I’m getting before my purchases. So if you’ve never gone before it’s so worth it!

The things I bought from Penningtons the last 3 yrs didn't last more than a year. Yet I have items I purchased 20 yrs ago from them that are still going strong. And their designs for larger women has fallen so low that I'm seriously considering taking up sewing, which I detest.
