They replaced my brake pads, and there was an issue with the sensor, but they managed to fix it, whereas the dealership near my home failed to solve the problem. Special thanks to the maintenance team for their dedication and commitment to successfully resolving the issue!

I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and I must say it was probably the best experience I could ever have at dealership.
When I first walked in I was warmly greeted by the lady at the front and then she quickly directed me to a sales advisor. The advisor that approached me was Izzie and he was phenomenal. Asked me what vehicle I was looking for and was very patient in finding out what my needs were, all while explaining the different features the vehicle had.
When it came down to the nitty gritty number crunching, he and his team pulled out all the stops they could to get me the vehicle I was interested in. Another huge shout out goes to finance manager Deep who explained to me in detail each of the charges, financing options and what needs to be done to complete the process. During this entire interaction with Izzie and Deep, I had never once felt confused or lost about anything.
On day of delivery, I recieved the same, if not more amazing experience. Initially when I went in, I had a really nice lady (sorry I forgot her name) at the front take me to my vehicle and explained to me each and every one of the functions of my vehicle (all very new to me as I haven't had a new vehicle in 15 yrs). She was very thorough and made sure I understood each before moving on to the next.
I met up with Deep and Izzie again after this to finalize the purchase details and left completely satisfied knowing future visits for service maintenance or other reasons will be completely stressfree.
Thank you Izzie, Deep, and the entire OpenRoad VW team for an amazing stressfree experience.

I had a great experience at open road dealing with Justin, he took care of my daughter vehicle in a quick matter of time. He went above and beyond of looking after the issues with my daughter vehicle. I highly recommend Justin at vw Burnaby we couldn't be more thankful! I had a great experience at Open Road VW! Sandy was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my GLI purchase. Initially just coming in to have a look and having my trade appraised, I was guided through the entire process to making the final purchase. I never felt pressured and was well informed during the entire process.
On delivery day everything was prepped and ready and very professional. All my questions were answered making the transition to my new vehicle very smooth and memorable.

I definitely have to say, that this is the best VW dealership I've been to so far! I drove all the way from Penticton B.C., and it was worth it! They took very good care of me, along with prepping my Dream car before I arrived. They were very knowledgeable and the process was nice and quick. I left knowing eveything I needed to know about my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even if it's a commute from where you are, you will have the best experience ever! Especially if you want a new VW! ?
I will definitely be going back to them, if I ever need another vehicle, or family and so on!
