Been coming in to OpenRoad Audi for past 5 years with my A3 for regular servicing and have always been very satisfied with the work and costumer service.
Recently upgraded to a Q5 for my growing family with help from sales rep Allen Moadab and he was nothing but knowledgable, helpful and accommodating - working with the timeline of a crying baby is not easy! He even accommodated a second visit last minute to see if we could fit the dogs in the trunk - talk about going above and beyond.
Allen came in on his day off to ensure our delivery went smoothly, and provided us with some extra goodies to go home for the pups.
Also notable was Delivery Specialist Jason C. who was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in explaining all the features of our new car.

What a disappointing experience at the service department. I have decided that I am not bringing the car here for its regular service.
I was here for a major service last Monday. Angel was the service advisor.
After waiting for 4 hours, they messaged me that the car is ready to go. Or is it?
Came downstairs to find that they cannot remove the tire valves to check the tire pressure because it's stuck. The cap needs to be "plastic" not metal. Oh dear! Now, that's a Major service!
While I understand that you don't want to be responsible for any damage to the tire, but what's a technician's job? Your customers don't come to you to help fix issues like this? They decided that the labour is too expensive for me here and I should take it somewhere like "kaltire" or maybe because it was almost 4pm and you just want to go home? Or maybe I got discriminated? I am so confused!
They were SO unwilling to help! I am truly amazed at this service.
Came home, fixed under 10 minutes. Unbelievable!
Also, one of the wipers were squeaky and I guess they decided that I won't need a new wiper either so they never messaged me about it while I was waiting.
They couldn't wait to get me out of their department, it was so odd. The service advisor was being pushy in signing the paperwork before resolving any of these issues. While signing, I was thinking how bad this is!
I don't even know if the major service is done appropriately.... Apparently, the one tire that I recently changed, is worn out?
Only time will tell...
I am giving it 1 star, because they changed the battery on my key fob and I didn't see any charges for it. And oh, I bought the Audi 3 year care package, I guess this is the type of service you get if you pay for that. It was like "hey, here is the problem and you can go" since "we already got your money". Good job Audi.
AND, they emailed me a lousy complimentary offer the next day, to sell them the car. lol. Trust me, I do want to get rid of this damn car and not have to deal with Audi's poor service anymore. They can't deal with a tire pressure valve now imagine if it was something even more serious. God Forbid!

Great experience dealing with Bobby Levit ⭐️ I swapped out one of two Audi leases and first time dealing with Open Road Audi. The Management was also terrific and professional!

Had an awesome experience buying my car with Junbo. He was super responsible and quick to reply to any questions I had, which made the whole process so much easier. One Korean dealer had an unreliable attitude, lacked knowledge about Audi, and prioritized their own profit over the customer's interests when discussing prices. When I asked about financing, he also ignored me. It was a waste of time. I won't go back again. Lol!

Had dealt with Open Road Audi for years, and yesterday I had the best experience yet with Bobby. He helped me with an S5 and made the process enjoyable and stress free. Would highly recommend Bobby for anyone that is looking for an amazing experience when purchasing a car. Well done A++++++++

Not sure where “luxury” fits in here. Took in my car for servicing appt. Waited 5 hours. Including one hour past when they told me it would be ready. NO ONE touched my car all day, no thought to let me know nothing would happen. Now late to pick up my son because they can organize or communicate or compensate. Is it Toyota? Kia? Nope - it’s Audi. Don’t have high expectations.
Also - the facility was clean. Why I’m still giving them 3 stars. Great work from whoever is keeping things sparkly.

I came to trade in my vehicle and dealt with Erick Garcia. LET ME TELL YOU ( Clapping Hand Emoji ) I have been with the Audi Brand for over 8 years and Erick has been the BEST Agent I have dealt with by far! Wasn't pushy and was patient and made my delivery happen same day. I WILL be returning to him and referring many more to him. Impeccable customer service, and he is fast! This is not my first time at this location but I think I have found my go to person. I enjoyed my experience so much that he did not even ask me to write him a review. I wanted to genuinely write this out of pure satisfaction. OH and Kiet the finance manager 10/10 pleasant to be around and chat with. Super honest with the Packages they offer to protect you and also has some cool Travel Tips. See you guys again soon for my next vehicle :) OH shout out to the fellow that went over the car features ( I forgot your name I'm so sorry ) Super Patient and kind! Thanks for a 5 Start Experience!

Well I thought I should send a huge shoutout to the OpenRoad Audi Boundary team. To all involved thank you again. I bought my first Audi 10yrs ago. This time round what an exceptional experience and service.
A huge shoutout to Bobby Levit our outstanding sales rep. who wasn’t just informative and thorough, but has such a great sense of humour and character.
My husband and I came with my father and Bobby was incredible with each and every one of us. We came as a family and it didn’t matter whom he was speaking with or what questions he was answering. He gave his unbiased opinion and devotion.
To Ken in finance and James our walk through /handover specialist . It truly was a wonderful and memorable experience .

I had a dealer name Erick Garcia who refused to send me a quote of an Audi S4? I did not know that a quote of a car was something I had to argue for at a car dealership. I also talked to another dealer who was surprised that Erick didn't let me test drive the car. I really wanted an Audi S4, but I would not be happy knowing a dealership with services such as this would profit from me. Also options are forced onto cars which means it isn't an "option". I don't need a first aid kit from Audi. Ended up getting a different car because other dealerships did not have the S4 and I REFUSE to buy from this dealer.
