Was at the store over the long weekend and the assistant manager Tiana was super helpful as I was looking for a coat for my wife. She helped me find the jacket she was looking for and ended up with a jacket for myself. Great service ??

I went to the Metrotown location about two weeks ago to return a dress that I had bought there that was defective. The manager (Cru) would not let me exchange it for the same dress. As it was for my daughter’s graduation and she was not with me I bought the same dress. The other clerk that was there was totally understanding and was saying to just let me exchange it and then said to him do what you think is right. The assistant manager that was there when I bought the dress was super nice and she wasn’t there this time and the other assistant manager that was there also didn’t care. I will not shop at this location or any Oak and Fort in future. It was one of my favourite stores and now I will not go back cause of the customer service.

We came into the Metrotown store today and Tiana helped myself and my daughter with the purchase of their trench coats. Top service from Tiana today.

Went in close to closing time yesterday and Tiana assistant manager was so helpful with finding sizes for me. She didn’t make me feel rushed at all and made my shopping experience super pleasant

I normally shop at the store at park royal, however found myself in Metrotown the other day so I took a peak in. The store was super well put together and associates were amazing. I believe her name was Tiana helped me with a bunch of my purchases and made it super effortless. Definitely enjoyed my experience there. I’m sure I will see myself there again in the future.

Do not waste your money here. The quality of their clothes are extremely poor and will get worn out after a single wear. I only wore this shirt once and a hole has already appeared (see photo). Customer service is terrible, they don’t understand their own policies for returns/exchanges and will gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong when they can’t do basic math.

So ridiculous. I chose a jacket that had a price tag of $128, but when I wanted to pay for it, they said it was $174 plus tax ($194.88). I asked how that was even possible when there were two jackets in stock with the same price. Their explanation was either buy it for $194.88 or don’t—we can’t do anything about it! So rude. As this has happened another time in the same store, I believe this is their trick to make customers like something and then tell them a higher price at checkout, putting pressure on them to buy it. I won’t buy from this store ever again!

Pam is phenomenal in her job. She is extremely helpful and polite. I Got a defective dress but she really help me to get a new one , well on time for my graduation!!

Simple return with original receipt and original credit card was the most unpleasant experience at the Metrotown location. One star for completing the refund transaction but zero stars for customer service at till.

Shopped at the Metrotown store today. Usually when I walk in a higher end store, I am totally ignored, as I don't look like their target demographic. Dillon not only greeted me, he helped with my selections, made suggestions and rang up my purchases, all while chatting with me and making me feel welcome and valued. I hope Oak & Fort upper management sees this. Dillon deserves acknowledgement for his kindness and customer service. I will definitely brave Metrotown to return to this store next time I need an outfit.

*Rating the company return policy and not the staff*Very misleading return policy when you are buying online. Items that are not marked as final sale cannot be returned even if you come within a week of buying. As well, many of the items in store were falling apart. Really shows the lack of quality and care. Buyer beware when shopping online.
