I have been going to North Road auto for many years. These guys are reliable and give me the service I need with the reasonable prices. They will give me the honest opinion and never pushy to get something I don't really need. I will always bring my business to this place as long as they are there.
I will recommend anyone to this place, as they give me me reliable, honest and stress-feel experience every time.

I had the check engine light appear on the dash a while back. I took the car to North Road about a month ago. It turned out to be the code to replace the thermostat. They replaced the thermostat at a reasonable price and one month later my car is happily humming along.

Eternally grateful to Davey (sp??) and the North Rd Auto Repair team for taking my car in for a same day appointment - extremely rare to come by these days! My car suddenly needed its alternator replaced. I called the shop in the morning, asked if they could book me in, and told them that I'd have to have my car towed to their shop so I wasn't sure when I'd arrive. They were so accommodating! I was given a clear and honest quote over the phone and they confirmed the quote when I arrived there. I didn't expect to have my car back so quickly (much less the same day) but I got a phone call after a couple of hours that it was ready to go. My first time bringing my car to this place and I'm so impressed. Thanks again! I'll definitely be returning if my car needs any future servicing.

After I had my car serviced at Mobil1 in Port Moody, the windshield sprinkles lost pressure. I called North Road Auto and brought my car in the same morning for a check. Turned out that the water like was pinched by Mobil1 mechanic when they were changing a belt. Great troubleshooting! Thanks for your help.
