Excellent service from Carmen Shen! She helped us navigate the choices of pendant lights suiting our needs and was ever so helpful after we made our purchase as well, with helpful advice re installation.
Very personable, responsive and knowledgable.
Norburn has lots of choices and she is one of the outstanding employees that are hard to find in any walk of life.

I came to look for lighting for my reno as I wanted to give my business locally.I was in the store for about 20 min. There were 3 people on the floor who could have helped me and one was busy with a customer. I looked around and saw a few light fixtures I was interested in. Not one person came to see me even when one looked at me and two were on their computers. Two people came from somewhere and one bumped into me and didn't ask have I been helped or could I help you.What kind of business is this? I could have gone up to them to say I needed help, but still! I decided to go elsewhere or online my business.

I don’t understand why they have so many staff working if they ignore customers and chat amongst themselves. I might as well just shop online.

Not the cheapest place to get lighting but they definitely have a good quality. So I think that’s worth the trade off. We were helped the moment we stepped into the store and quickly found the fixed track lighting we were looking for.

His expertise and background in suggestions resulted in 2 beautiful bathrooms that people never tire of complimenting and we never tire of looking at and using.
