CVT fluid change - they did when others said no.
Yes, we got some misunderstanding during the process, solved and the job was done.
Oil change was done as well.

I went to Nippon Auto Center Bby. to have my clutch replaced on my 2006 Toyota Matrix. Richard test drove my car for the First Time and diagnosed that I actually had a Fuel Delivery Problem. He replaced a fuel sensor, and now my clutch feels like new.
While waiting for my car to be repaired I had an opportunity to see their selection of vehicles for sale and leasing.
It is without hesitation that I Strongly Recommend Nippon Auto Center Burnaby for their knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced service.
I have never written a review before for any company but after my experience I felt compelled to do so................Steve

Small family bussines, but very prompt and profesional.I did a transmission and engine oil change, super cheap, super fast. Always going there, they are always on time with the appointments.

Great local family run business. They have always helped me out with anything I needed. When we crashed our car they sold me a new one at a very good price and helped me with all the paperwork. A kind decent honest family and business, hard to find these days. Highly recommended. These guys are the real deal.

An oil leak that had been repaired by another company was still leaking even after the repair, so I called Nippon Auto Center for advice. I was given a detailed explanation and was allowed to take a look at the car.
Repairs are made using genuine parts. As for the parts, they kindly showed me the newly ordered parts and the removed parts, and kindly explained them to me. Thanks to you telling me something I didn't know, I was able to inform the original repair company that it needed to be re-repaired, have it checked, and receive a refund.
I am truly grateful to the people at Nippon Auto Center Ltd for their attentive service.

Richard and the team are kind people. They offer much more reasonable prices/estimates than dealerships and are very detailed. Nippon Auto Centre does prompt and quality work and no job seems too small for them to help you with. I have never had a poor experience with them and highly recommend them for work on your vehicle and for reliable Japanese vehicles.

I would give 10 stars if I can. As a totally inexperienced driver, my tire was flattened while driving. I stopped by and asked to inflate the tire, but the technician told me that my tire was completely torn and he quickly helped me to check his available tire and started to work on my car right away. I have never seen any other auto service could be this fast. Also their price was very reasonable with detailed breakdown of each cost. I feel I was unfortunate to have a flattened tire on the road but I am also extremely lucky to stop at the perfect place. The front lady and all of the technicians are supper friendly and patient with me. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you very much Nippon Auto Center team!

Richard has worked on my previous two cars (mazda cx7 and nissan rogue) and now he's done amazing work on my old nissan exterra. Very knowlegeble when it comes to jappanese brands and very custumer oriented at the same time. Hard to find in Vancouver. Cheers;)

After going to at least 4 different garages to troubleshoot and service, balanced my tires 5 times, only the team at Nippon Auto was able to find the root cause and solve my car's vibration problems.They were very polite and friendly and they now have another customer that will stick with them for all future needs.

I had switched from my dealership to Nippon Auto years ago, and I’m so glad I did - maintenance costs are much more reasonable, and my car is running better than ever. One incident especially comes to mind - our vehicle fan would continue to run after the car was shut off, draining the battery. Richard quickly figured out that a pair of small switches were the culprit, and promptly completed the fix at a low cost - pure genius. I know for sure that this would have cost a fortune for our dealership to investigate and track down. Richard, Hiroko, and their friendly team are fantastic - I would recommend Nippon Auto Centre to anybody!
