Called in to fix some quarter panel rust on my car. Nick was amazing throughout the whole process. He gave me updates with photos which I really appreciated. Highly skilled, professional and honest. 11/10 - would highly recommend for any body work you may need.

I recently received detailing services from Nic at ND Collision. My car had a few scratches on one side and I was skeptical about whether they could be removed. Nick was easy to deal with, and adjusted his schedule to make things works. Paint turned out unreal, and was completed on time. I’ll be back with future projects & would definitely recommend him!

Had my car fixed here a few years ago, the owner Nick and his team had worked on the car.(Pics attached)Upon pick up the car was not fixed to spec, fender and body lines for the hood were off, and the headlights they supplied were poking out of the both fenders.There was a small balance owing ($370) that their manager who drove a blue wrx at the time said to pay when the car is fixed on our second visit.Agreed we picked the car up but :Fog lights were not working and it turned out they weren’t plugged in. (I plugged them in myself on pick up..)There was a constant rattle when driving and it turned out the AC condenser was not bolted down after their repair work. It was rattling around a lot, I got it fixed from someone else.I got an email from nick to pay the balance of 370 or he would put a lien on my car. I paid that evening but he never got back to me about a time to fix their work as he agreed to.I don’t like to do this to people but I feel like I have the short end of the stick on this deal.I lived with my front end always looking awkward and after the way I was threaten over 370$ I didn’t feel comfortable to come back to the shop.Last week I thought let’s reach out so I had emailed ND Collision to book me in for it to be fixed properly but I never heard back, been about a week now.I guess I’ll go to another body shop and pay twice to get it repaired.This review stands until you fix your work.

Took my car to ND Collision to get my body kit paint matched as well as my roof and hood done. They put in honest hard work and took their time through out the process not skipping steps or cutting corners. Took their time making sure I was liking what I saw and I was super happy with the results. throughout the whole process they were communicating with me sending me photos and asking me for approval before they do anything, excellent work done here, will be coming back if I need anything else done and will be sending my friends for sweet paint. 10/10 @static3sge on Instagram if you wanna see more photos!Service: Painting

The front bumper, front bumper rebar, and steering wheel airbag of my 2007 BMW 323i needed to be replaced. My hood also needed to be re-aligned. I'm from Nanaimo, Vancouver Island and have been wildly unsuccessful in finding someone local who can take care of my problems in a timely and competent fashion. Since I'm back on the mainland for school, I decided to head down here and check it out since I used to go to this place when it was still Amber Auto Body.I'm so glad I did! Nick is incredibly customer-centric and really goes above and beyond to help figure out options that make sense for your particular situation. He made this entire process super easy and hassle free and the turn around time was super quick. I will definitely be recommending this shop to friends and family. What a find!

I’ve been here several times for body work and for custom work for my vehicles. I have never left disappointed. The price points are more than fair and they go out of there way to make sure you are happy before you leave.
