The customer service was outstanding as they exceeded all my expectations and really went above and beyond with the delivery and installation process. Very good selection and even better customer service. Jevan and his staff were incredible at helping us select the pieces that would best compliment our home. Ended up purchasing 2 bedroom suites and a dining set. Everything delivered to us was in a timely manner and furniture was even better than we thought it would turn out!

Bought a very expensive electric double “lazy boy” from here. Paid for assembly, assembled wrong. Promised customer service if anything was wrong, lie (one of the foot rests stopped going up a month after purchase -simply got a “your problem, no returns”- didn’t want to return it at that point just wanted help). The arm rest has a lift up compartment with plugs and usbs - one usb plug just fell off immediately, now one of the plugs doesn’t work. Material, damn- looked like a fantastic fake leather in the store. It wore off quickly, literally it’s flaking off. Also the stitching is coming out like a cheap walmart jacket. This beautiful 2 seater cost me $3000. These guys are snakes,

Best Furniture store I hv ever visited. 100% real wood and I am using their furniture from last 5 years and it still looks new. I visited them last week to buy a bed and I really appreciate their unique designs, quality and reasonable prices. Highly recommended
