Horrible experience. used Apple Pay to pay for the purchase, refused to attempt a return an item without the physical card, which I felt should ve explained been while purchasing it. Poor customer experience. Do not go here.

I love Muji, but the matcha spread that I bought here is a bit expensive. The matcha flavour is not that strong, and it’s a bit too sweet.

I love MUJI! One small critique is the music at this location is a bit intense - very loud and a bit strident, like bagpipes. Makes shopping with someone with sensory issues challenging! I would appreciate if it were quieter or perhaps different music. Thanks!

Really bad online shopping experience. Returned a purchase to this store and was told a refund would be emailed a few days later. It's now been FOUR WEEKS and still no refund despite multiple emails back and forth. I suggest avoiding their online business unless you enjoy problems and frustration.

I’m writing this review for their staff Min. We went to the store on May 19 afternoon as there was an ongoing 30% off for clothes. We looked into men’s blazer and while we’re at checkout, we would like to know if there are matching pants available in stock. Min, at the cashier who helped us are extremely patient with our enquiry.

Vhron at the front desk Friday evening provided 10/10 service. I left happy even though he had to share the bad news that the store was out of my size and style jacket I was looking for. Will be coming back for sure!
