Morteza is the number one realtor in BC. He is super knowledgable of the market and spent a lot time showing and explaining the pros and cons of everything we were interested in. Purchasing a home it very stressful but Morteza made this experience extremely easy for my family and I. Morteza had a very flexible schedule and was very punctual when it came to go look for the houses. While we decided which house we want to purchase, he got right to work. I have known Morteza for almost thirty years.
Morteza is a man of decency and integrity; he has strong moral principles. I had an amazing experience when I referred my cousin to Morteza for selling an apartment in Vancouver. Morteza went above and beyond to do his best while my cousin was not aware of the market since he lives in Montreal. My cousin hired a contractor, referred by his friend, to renovate the apt before putting it on the market. The contractor left the job half done and my cousin was far away and desperate. Morteza helped to find another contractor and completed the renovation, an extra work that Morteza was not responsible for at all. The apt was sold shortly and my cousin and I were and still are very grateful of Morteza' s professionalism and the way he helped and handled the unexpected during the renovation.
If you are looking for a realtor/advisor/consultant with such character AND knowledgeable of the housing market in the lower mainland, I would highly recommend that you contact Morteza. I give Morteza not five star but ten and I am sure anyone would benefits greatly utilizing his real estate knowledge and expertise in lower mainland. I vouch for Morteza.

We were trying to sell our place quickly and a friend recommended us to Morteza. He gave us some advices of how to make our place more presentable and we were able to fix everything and we’re satisfied with the results. We were able to have our place in the market quickly and within 3 weeks our place is sold. Very happy to work with him. He’s there to answer our questions and make the process less stressful and we are grateful for that.
