I recently bought a Nissan Sentra for my daughter. The customer service at Morrey Nissan was top-notch. Our sales representative, Sina Fowzi, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, showing us several options that fit our criteria perfectly. We never felt pressured or rushed, which made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended to every one.

Terrible experience when visiting Morrey Infiniti. I booked an appointment for a diagnostic on my vehicle. I got an estimate of 2 hours and that I will be informed when it is ready. Instead, I had to leave my car there for 4 days. Then pay $450 dollars for an uncertain diagnostic. I got no calls or updates on my vehicle and everytime I tried to call, I would get transferred from different departments, then to voicemail. I fully understand that there are other vehicles to be worked on, but tell me why I was even able to book the appointment when they did not have time to work on it that day. 2 hours turned into 4 unexpected days. I had to find alternative ways to commute to work and overall a very unsatisfying and frustrating situation. Would not recommend.

I had a service appointment at this dealership and They are the most honest people I have dealth with of all the different places I have been across the country so far. Lamisa was advisor and she was really nice, friendly, and knowledgeble. I go to this place from North Vancouver but it is totally worth the drive.

Aldwin was friendly and courteous. He explained what my service would entail and approximately how long it would take. My vehicle was washed and vacuumed and ready in the allotted time. Thank you to Paul and his team at the Morrey Infiniti of Burnaby for the work on our car engine replacement. I unfortunately experienced a complex issue regarding my 2019 Infiniti QX50 and needed an engine replacement. I was refused service at another Infiniti dealership and was frustrated with the lack of care and empathy from those representatives who clearly didn't care about the negative impact they were having on the Infiniti brand. Paul recovered the brand experience for me and I will continue to trust in his team's service as they follow through with doing the right thing for their customers, and having their back when faced with car issues. I am not an expert in cars so it's important for me to have a reliable relationship when it comes to decisions pertaining my vehicle. Thank you Paul!

I wanted to kindly share my experience with you regarding the purchase of a QX50 car. After a week of enjoying this vehicle, I noticed a persistent noise emanating from the glass roof, which seemed unusual for a luxury car. Upon discussing this concern with the dealer, I discovered that they were already aware of this issue, and it appears to be a common occurrence among buyers. Unfortunately, it seems there isn't a feasible solution available. It's disappointing to think that Infiniti may not have been forthcoming about this particular issue with customers. "I am aware that many of this model of car have this issue. And it is the responsibility of the seller to deliver the car to the customer without any defects. In my opinion, it is not very satisfactory that you have to send a new car to the repair shop after just one week of use."
"They told me that after repairing the sunroof, it is highly likely that the annoying noise issue will return. This was really unexpected for me, considering that a supposedly luxury car would have such a problem.

I like the one price model of this dealership. It was actually better than what was quoted to me after two hours of negotiations at another Infiniti dealership. But yes, I do wish they could be a little more flexible with the trade-in.

Poor experience from when I first purchased my car and now, I leased my QX55 from Morrey back in July 2022 the experience wasn’t bad but nowhere near good definitely wasn’t a “luxury car brand buying experience” now I can understand why so many people are moving away from the Infiniti brand. Having these shared dealers with Nissan doesn’t offer any luxury experience as it was when infiniti still had an independent dealers, I even had better experience purchasing my Mazda. I emailed their finance office last week to ask a question regarding potential lease buy out and I still haven’t heard back yet very unprofessional. The reason I emailed and I did not call was because whenever I call I got transferred to the finance office it always goes to voicemail and they never call me back, it’s very hard to get a hold of their finance office. Just a poor experience overall would not recommend.
